Have always had a great experience, I just bring my paperwork in, they take some information, and if I’m missing anything they give me a quick call. I’ve been going here for over 5 years now and have never had a bad experience.

To start off, the front desk lady is rude and so is Linda. We had asked to meet with her to explain our taxes and she made us feel so d**** It took so long for us to get our return, and then it ended up being wrong! When we tried to call and ask about it, she was incredibly rude. When we called about a question on a payment, she got defensive and said it wasn't her fault and that she didn't do it. Will never be going here again. Worst tax service ever.
