“Amazing customer service and follow-through! I was at RiteAid in Lowell when my car wouldn't start. Noticed gas leaking from underneath. Called O'Reilly's nearby and Brittany drove over and got it going so I could get to the store. Once there, she identified and replaced the clip that broke. Saved a tremendous amount of inconvenience to my family.”
