“Went to purchase a gift certificate. Nice selection of gift cards. One of the gift cards could be used at their sister stores. As I looked through the merchandise, I inquired about petite sizes. They are available per special order. Didn't ask if the cost would be more. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Regarding the fitting room, a chair was offered to my husband. He was seated in the center of the fitting rooms. No doors, just curtains.”
“Had an issue with a product that was just past it's warranty. The manager Amanda Taylor took excellent care of me and provided me top notch service and professionalism. I showed an obvious defect in a product and they were able to exchange the item for a new one. This was 1990's service in the post-covid era. I highly recommend this store.”

I’m actually shocked at some of the reviews. I managed retail for over 10 years and I come here a lot. I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s impressive that it’s always well stocked, sized and the employees are great. Cashing out always seems to be a nightmare at most places and this one goes quick.”

“Second time I've been here.. as neat as the car were. It was the people I got to talk with that were the high light for me.. there was Bill that I met in there, and he was really a pleasure to talk to.. we were just chatting and some of the things he told me gave character to the cars. That was better than the cars. It gave the cars a soul rather than just metal. Susan's mechanic was in there working on a few things.. it was great to hear him talk about some of the work he'd done on some of the cars because it made the cars real. I'm a mechanic, and it made the cars easier to see for the craftsmanship he'd put into them. The lady at the register told me about a few of her days ..she was a delight.”
