My daughter (6) was prescribed amoxicillin. Naturally they flavor it for children. I have 3 kids who have had to take this multiple times and it ALWAYS comes flavored for kids. The pediatrician also stated this. Well, they failed to do so.However, after giving my child a medicine that takes like crushed up pills that she instantly regergitated and vomits everywhere. I went back to the pharmacy where they told me “there is nothing we can do unless you want to pay for a whole new prescription”Because you guys didn’t do your job and mix the medication properly for children???Not to mention the last time, when I stood at the counter for 30 minutes, they break at 1:30, they started helping me at 1:00, had my prescription at the checkout, but had a number wrong on my sons insurance information. Instead of looking up my name and other children’s names to get the proper number which took 2 seconds , they pulled the gate down at 1:28 and told me I would have to come back again later.

The staff needs to be trained. I just walked out after waiting half an hour in the check out line with only 2 people in front of me. Then when I finally got to the front of the line the lady closed her register and told me to get in the other line. That was it for me left my items on the counter and walked out. That fat cow is lucky I didn’t throw everything on the floor and make a huge mess

The pharmacy tech went over and beyond great service in staying a bit over time to fill my prescription. I needed it as soon as possible and really shouldn’t wait until the next day. I can’t think of her name. I wish I could, but thank you!

This walgreens is the BEST!! Very friendly and great workers!! I drive 25 min to pick up my meds from here cause my walgreens are a bunch of rude workers. Thank you!!!!

If I didn't find what I needed this store would be rated less. And also if the manager wasn't nice. I have placed online pick up orders from this location. They have been cancelled that ALL my items were out of stock. This never happens at the other two locations I have done online orders at.In store I shopped for what I needed. I had clipped the coupons I planned to use on my Walgreens account. They were NOT applied at checkout like they normally are at other locations. I had two print coupons, but the cashier could not figure out how to get them to work. She was quite rude telling me I should have given them to her first. To which I told her I was letting her scan everything since she was flustered and punching the buttons on the screen quite aggressively. She then tried to again tell me rudely that yes she was doing that but I still should have handed her the coupons earlier. I have never had to do this at other locations, so I responded to her I didn't know and she then lectures me that the transaction needs to be voided. She was getting increasingly exasperated. It was a $5 coupon. So I paid for my stuff and told her no thanks and left. She then proceeds to follow me out of the store trying to give me my coupons that expire the day of. I told her no thanks both as I left the store and as she followed me out. I'm being polite to you and declining. Please take a hint and don't harass me on the way to my car.All in all, I lost $19 in coupons/Walgreens cash on this interaction. Between the coupons not scanning and the online coupons not being applied. After this experience and getting my online orders at this store cancelled, I will most definitely not shop here again.

Not the cleanest Walgreens I have been into but well stocked. The pharmacy people are not great. I won't go back to the pharmacy as the staff seem annoyed they have to answer questions and do actual work. The store is otherwise fairly normal. In conclusion the store is OK the pharmacy would get 1 STAR ( because you cannot give zero)

The employees at this location define the term "Useless."I drove to another Walgreens location on Orchard Lake & 10 Mile, and the employees there were much better.

Shopped on line for an in store pickup (3 items) to be ready in 30 min. Kept getting notifications that they are running behind and will keep me updated when ready to pick up. One and a half hr later still nothing. My husband went in with a printed email order confirmation and they told him they didn't get anything but when they checked their computer, my order was right there. She then preceded to complete my shopping order 2 hrs later then the 30 min that I was told on website.Another time they told me my RX will be ready for pickup at 5:00pm. Again I got a notification that they are running behind and they'll let me know when it is ready. 5:45 pm still not ready. My husband drove to the pharmacy since they close at 7:00 pm.

Save your money and sanity and find a more competent rx pharmacy. This store is where my latest nightmare begins.Worst experiences with a pharmacy ever. Had a rx called to the 8 mile and Farmington for meds after throat surgery. Told late in the day they dont have it in stock and would have to order it the following day and hopefully would be delivered on Friday. Asked them what do I do if it doesnt come in and told they would deal with the issue at that time. Also told me the script couldn't be transferred to another store. Dr. Would have to contact the store directly.Called 4 stores in the area and none had the med in stock.I spoke to the pharmacist at the 6 mile and Newburgh Rd. store. He assured me they had the meds. Had my Dr. call the rx to them and a recorded message said the store was "working on it" Wednesday evening. Called this morning and the recording said there was no prescriptions ordered for me. Called this store back and Beth was told the details and put me on hold to researchAfter 20 minutes of hold time, the call was forwarded to the front of the store, and then disconnected. Called back and pharmacy recording said they were again " working on it". Called back yet again an hour later and recording said the meds would be available for pick up after 11:30am. Called again b4 heading to pick them up was again told the store was "working on it". Ended up talking to Beth who told me they were really busy but she would have them available within a half hour. 5 minutes later I received a call from her telling me that the meds are not in stock and have to be ordered. Despite all her apologies and explanations, and overall incompetence of nearly everyone involved at Walgreens, I have decided to find another pharmacy that actually performs to at least minimal standards .

The worst service I ever had. Even when I told the manager how I felt the employee was being rude, she never cared to apologize. She looked at me and said “Okay”. Walgreens as a company has lost a customer and I will be sharing this with everyone I know. If no stars were an option I would have definitely opted for that. I am not mad, just disappointed the poor customer does not stop at the cashier. The manager was just as rude.

This is the third and last time. Charge me for a full co-pay and not give me the full amount of medication. When I asked about it the girl just shrugged and said there's nothing I can do. this was the third time. The last two they corrected. Be very careful
