"IZZIE IN THE PHARMACY DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR BLACK CUSTOMERS, AND DOES EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO AVOID WAITING ON BLACK CUSTOMERS." I am a retired Fire Chief. I served the City Of Detroit for 33 years, putting my life on the line everyday. I always treated residents, staff, and my fellow first responders with the utmost respect. When I first came to the pharmacy she was laughing with some caucasian customers. Answering all their questions and trying to help them. I went to the pharmacy to ask if they had a product in stock. Izzie was on the register and said I will be with you in one minute. After she finished on the register, instead of helping me, she totally ignored me, and she went to the pharmacy section and started talking, laughing, and joking with the men in the pharmacy. After standing there for a while, I said, "EXCUSE ME", Can I get some assistance? At that point, she never turned around, and with an attitude, she waved her hand, and told a guy in the back of the pharmacy to go up front and help me. She was very rude and disrespectful. I told the manager what had happened. When I told her who it was she gave me a look like she knew it was a regular occurence with her. She told me she would speak with her, but it didn't happen while I was there. This is not how she treat customers. I will never go back to that store again. Upper management should look into this matter. I AM SURE I AM NOT THE FIRST OR THE LAST CUSTOMER SHE WILL BE DISRESPECTFUL TO! Now, I see why this store has such a low customer rating.

with my husband who had an appointment for the vaccine, only to find out they didn't have any vaccine thawed!!! not that they let us know this until after waiting 25 minutes. this is ridiculous and inexcusable. especially given that we saw them giving the vaccine to walk in's who did not have an appointment. poor poor poor service.

This Walgreens often gives my dad so many issues when trying to fill my moms medications. He is her caretaker and has been going to this pharmacy for years but lately the attitudes from the technicians and pharmacists are outrageous. My mom has MS and they treat them like they are drug seekers. They should NOT assume that EVERYONE on pain meds are drug seekers. My mom's diagnosis states pain as a HUGE side effect of MS she needs her meds WITHOUT the attitude from the pharmacy.

The pharmacist walked away from me, handed my meds to an associate, then said \\\"you take care of HIM, I wont\\\". If that's not enough the associate came to the register wouldn't even look at me, just handed my meds to a third person and said \\\"here you do it\\\" then walked away. The third person actually rang me up and I was able to get my meds.\\n\\nI have never been so insulted and hurt in my whole life. Such a blatant display of prejudice and bigotry from not only an employee but the pharmacist.\\n\\nI complained to the corporate office and heard nothing so far. I called and spoke with the store manager who basically made excuses. Take your money elsewhere. Apparently they don't value their customers.

Treated poorly at the pharmacy. I called earlier to check on a prescription. I was told it was finally in and would be ready in about a half hour. When I arrived at the pharmacy on the way home 45 minutes later at a little after 8pm. I'm told that nothing is there for me and when I asked about what I was told on the phone I was just dismissed being told nothing would be ready for me today.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. All they do is give you excuses of why they can't fill prescriptions instead of taking care of their customers. Their "system" is always down, they are extremely backed up, etc...When I go inside they always say it's going to be a couple hours but when I tell them I have to wait it ends up being maybe 5-10 minutes. I hate all the lies and excuses they tell people. They must be making way too much money for turning away so much business.

Went to do a return using their FedEx drop off location. Item was shipped they said everything was okay a week later it shows up at my house. I took the item back to them and as I'm walking in there they said the box is too big I still proceeded the counter the manager said the box is too big I told them that they've already shipped it out once to me instead of it's true destination. They said they were chewed out by their district manager and they don't take boxes that size. I asked for their see their policy and my box was smaller and lighter than their policy yet they still would not ship it out and told me to take it to a FedEx office drop off location.The problem I have with it is they won't even measure it or weigh it they just visually said it was to. After taking it to FedEx it was measured and weighed to be under the limits.The employees blamed their district manager for not taking the package when it was clearly wallgreens' policy to take it.

Took a package here for the FedEx drop off. The clerk, Izzy, was extremely rude and started helping the woman waiting in line behind me before my transaction was complete. She kept talking to each of us without looking at who she was talking to so we were confused to who she was telling to use the keypad and who she was asking a phone number from. She kept sighing dramatically and rolling her eyes because she was so angry we needed her to scan our packages. Then she lied to my face telling me she could not give me a receipt. I have always been able to get a receipt during other FedEx transactions I have made at this location. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show. If Izzy hates her job so much, why not find something different? It's unprofessional to take it out on customers.

Claudia, you need to be retrained on how to treat your customers. I'm not sorry that I expected to pay the price that was advertised. You however, thought that I should just pay full price because you didn't want to do your job. I proceeded to check out and asked for cash back. You threw my $20 on the counter at me. After handing me my receipt (which I'm surprised you didn't thrown that on the counter as well) I said "thank you" and you chose to ignore me. You are very rude and SHOULD NOT be in the customer service position!
