“The amount of customer care that this Vitamin Shoppe has is unparalleled. I originally went to another Vitamin Shoppe looking for an item that was no longer in stock, and the service rep was not very willing to help beyond that. Going to this Vitamin Shoppe was a very different story. The service rep here took care and diligence to see if the product was at another location or if it was available online. When neither were an option, he called the nearest health store to ask if they had that product in stock, which they did. The kind of care I received was unmatched, even to take me to a different store. And I will remember that. That kind of customer service isn't taught, it's character. I didn't get the guy's name, but as long as he's still working there, I will be a regular customer to this location.”

I always feel welcome there when getting refills which are only $2 for my gallon water. Along with getting water to hydrate my body there are different healthy powder and parfaits to purchase there too.”
