Most Verizon stores I dealt with had very, poor service. And when you actually got service were very pushy trying to sell you a new phone or features you don't need. Not this Verizon store, they (primarily Jawan) helped me improve my elderly (with absolutely no tech skills) mom's current cell phone, so she could better function with it. This took 2 visits, but Jawan took the time to help us with the various settings to make them elderly-friendly, gave us his honest opinion and didn't try to convince her she needed a new phone (she'd never learn how to use it)

Juwan is awesome. There’s another team member, won’t mention his name, I told him that I’m against changing any plans to my service because ever since we brought a line over, it’s been confusing with our bill.
A month later, I see a new added line we’re not using and never wanted.

Jawan did an outstanding job. He was thorough and came up with a successful solution to a difficult challenge. He paired his technical expertise with wonderful customer service. He is now my go-to when I need help and another reason I plan to remain a loyal Verizon customer.

On 5-11-2024 I went back to Verizon in Livonia off of 6 Mile. I had made a Payment back in April and Verizon Never receive it so thank God I had my Receipt. I go over and the Young Lady name Sabrina was Rude Nasty and Condescending. I was trying to find out what happened to my Money. The setting is it’s a Guy there and 2 Young Ladies. The Guy which is a Customer there said who would believe that you would paid Cash. I told him not in a nice way that he needed to mind his business. The two Ladies in there told the guy he was wrong for keep talking at me he mention he would get a hit man for me. They told him he was wrong and then in turn he apologize I wouldn’t except his apology because I know he was an Outright Bigot. So I turn to the Ladies and thank them for defending me and told them if they had not been there the Story would change. Fast forward I go back into Verizon Later a Young Man is helping and Sabrina is standing there. I say to her Would you want someone to treat your Mother in the way that you treated me you treated me so damn bad. She said take it back I said no Honey I won’t . She started to type on her I Pad/Computer, than she walk to the back. When she came back she said I called the Police. By it being Livonia by me being African American I decided that it was best that I waited. What Sabrina had done she Contacted the Bigot that was in her side but yet she didn’t contact the 2 Ladies that was there that can confirm my story. She turn around and Lie and said that I was going to get a Hitman the Ladies that was in the Store Can confirm that was a Lie. This Employee called a pure Bigot back . Why didn’t she called the Police earlier in the day. Sabrina is a Liar the Ladies that was in Verizon on 6 Mile and Livonia can Confirm everything I’m saying. They were the Young Man first Customers. Sabrina also gave this Man all my Personal Information. What Employee does this I hadn’t stolen anything what I said about her Mother didn’t warrant her to call the Police. Sabrina knew what she was doing she only called the Police because I’m African American but yet early that day when the other two African American ladies were their she refuse to call. I am worry about my Safety she gave a Bigot my Information.

Visited the store at 2:30pm was immediately helped by Javan (hope I have his name correct) he was personable overly helpful and helped my wife and I get our new phones up and running best experience ever from a Verizon employee! Thank you from both of us!
