I love Value Center-so much that I drive 25 minutes to get there.The store is immaculately clean,meat dept is super fresh+priced affordably.All of the employees that I've encountered-cashiers,stock folks+del8 workers have been helpful,kind +professional.I'd rather take my hard earned grocery budget here than to price gouging chains(looking at you Kroger+how all your prices have gone way up the last few weeks...)Highly recommend!

I usually love purchasing your homemade cookies. But the last two times that I purchased the oatmeal raisin, they were hard as rocks. You usually have them very soft. Disappointed.

Not my usual grocery store these days, but it was in the past, and they had a product that I couldn't get elsewhere. It's out of my way, but it's worth the trip.

After purchasing around $100 worth of groceries from this store. I arrived home and several hours later my son told me that I had purchased milk that was one day past expiration date. I called the store and spoke with an associate that agreed to replace the milk (even though I had already thrown out the sales receipt). The following day I came back to the store with my still unopened milk to make the exchange. I was repeatedly told by the manager that I should have the receipt and that now he could not get his money back from the supplier. Not once did I receive an apology from anyone other than the original person I spoke with on the phone. The cashier told me twice that I should have kept the receipt. Which I replied that they should not be selling expired products and that this was a learning experience for everyone. She even said that I may not even have bought it from there. Which may be the most ridiculous thing that she actually thinks people have nothing better to do with their time and energy . I think the employees here need some customer service training. Treating customers like criminals over 3.99 is terrible and they just managed to make me a person that will not be giving this market any of my money from now.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.Please check the dates of your product before purchasing if you decide to go here. There has been multiple occasions in which items were bought, brought HOME, and sometimes eaten from this store before I got the chance to notice it is out of date. Recently I bought cookies and they were out of date 4 months prior. It is frustrating and disturbing this place does not check its product it's selling to its customers.

Awesome little grocery store. They have a huge variety of items and lots of stock. Very clean facility, the friendliest staff I've ever seen, and even the customers aren't rude. Prices may be a little high on some things but it's a small price to pay for how wonderful this store is.

WHAT A DAY!!!... I've been dealing with seasonal depression and haven't been feeling well over all... I stopped at my neighborhood grocery store on my way home after a very stressful day and I was greeted with such kindness and RESPECT..I opted not to get a basket because I wanted to be in and out.. then I ran into JOHN.. John offered me a basket. Made me laugh and was very hospitable.. John gave me everything I needed in that moment.. just kindness.. I'm grateful.. beautiful store.. beautiful staff and I'm FOREVER a customer ❤️.. THANK YOU JOHN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF!

It's a great neighborhood vibe. Music is good and it's the best place around for meat deals, and other bulk items stock up specials you don't find anywhere these days. Love it!!!

This is an amazing grocery store! Not only do they always have so much staff happily ready to help you but their products are better than stores around. Fruit is always better, vegetables in better condition. The store is always clean and organized. I love it here. Some things are more expensive I will admit but the majority is the same and any price difference is worth it for the better quality.
