The person handling passport applications decided to cancel my scheduled appointment with zero communication to me. I agreed to text message updates when making the appointmebt, but not so much as an text, email or phone call. I only ever received confirmation for the appointment.

Zero review. Outside mailbox was overflowing. Mail laying on the ground in the rain. Whoever's in charge of emptying the box should be fired. Update 2024. Do not use this location. They lose mail hope everyone who works here ends up homeless on the street. Boycott this location.

Friendly and quick staff. Building always clean. Mail always gets where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes the line can be long but nothing they can really do about it, people gotta mail stuff

Well I guess it is what is it. The one girl behind the counter chomped on her gum the whole time, never smiled, was so unfriendly and obviously didn’t want to work. There was another girl who seemed allot more helpful. Too bad I didn’t get her .

I never imagine the worse service I would ever get is at a USPS. Just wow. Don't know her name, but the African American lady was hands down the rudest person I've ever encountered at any establishment. She was sooo rude for no reason. Just find another job if you hate it that much. I was scared to leave a review until I'm sure my package was sent. I will never go back here

I took an appointment for my daughter's passport, my husband and I took the day off, as we need both parents for the passport. But they cancelled the appointment 3 hours before the appointment time. Really bad service.
