I had an urgent medical issue, and the care I received at 365 Urgent Care was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and empathetic, and the medical team was skilled and efficient. They communicated clearly and provided top-notch care. The facility was clean and well-equipped. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a stressful time. Highly recommended!

Staff is very friendly. Service was very fast too. Easy to book online and enter in medical information and add medical id cards. Nurse at check-in and during visit was friendly. Nose swab was gentle, not too invasive. Was in and out fast. Expecting results to our phone and email.

Very pleasant! No appointment and I was in and out within 10 minutes, even with how busy they were. They have a very clear system that works for them. Not only was the service great, the test was gentle and painless.

The staff here is absolutely great. They're friendly, professional, patient, efficient and informative. I was referred to this place and I sent all of my family there to be tested. Most of the Google reviews are completely useless. Staff was professional and nice that means nothing! Was the results from the testing accurate? Results are helpful to know, professional and nice are a waist of time to read

Friendly staff and super easy testing process. I've been here many times to get covid tests, and each time I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. You can get PCR results back by the end of the day, and rapid test results within 15 min of leaving. I would highly recommend

You can trust all the 5 star reviews. This place is outstanding. I walked in for a covid test without an appointment. Was checked in and tested in less than 5 minutes. Also received test results the same night.Very efficient, friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

Staff are all very polite and professional. The wait times are really great, I wasn't even done with my paperwork before they were ready to take me back and swab me. I would absolutely come back here if I required future testing.
