The first day of orientation went well, and I like the hours---3:00 a.m.to 9:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday. My only concern is the union dues.

My wedding is tomorrow and this location has had my box of favors and family gifts since Thursday. I’ve spent over half an hour on the phone with UPS corporate and the managers and employees of this store aren’t answering calls or emails from their internal office. I needed these Thursday when they were supposedly delivered, and now it’s less than 24 hours before my wedding. I am really upset with UPS and how horribly this is being handled, and after being ignored on email, text, call, every method imaginable I’m hoping maybe someone will answer this so I’m not without everything I was supposed to have days ago. This is extremely distressing and the way nobody can be bothered to respond to me or their own employer is disgusting.

This place is a joke , ups 2nd day air or any express service isn't a priority , no one ever answers the phone . Closed on a Saturday. Never receive any calls backs . Avoid ups at all cost id rather take my chances with USPS any day.

Furious, 3:40 pm, driving westbound on Grand River from Orchard Lake, truck # 193169 - speed limit 35mph down to 25mph, 1 lane open due to construction in curb lane-driver tailgated the distance to bank where I turned left- there was inexcusable for this unsafe driving, if I had stopped, he would have hit me. Get it that getting drivers is hard but this 1 should be at least disciplined!!!

Had the worst experience with this center and with the UPS customer service center out in India. The delivery driver appeared to be severely under the influence, admitted to have delivered my package to the wrong address along with delivering someone else’s packages to me. The picture taken for proof of delivery was just a picture of my car that was parked in the street. They did eventually find my package and dropped it off but only after I had to deal with a very rude and confrontational worker at this center. Failed to listen and claimed to just be taking info to forward to the supervisor for dispatch. But didn’t want to listen, had a negative tone, and attempted to put words in my mouth. It was only when the supervisor reached out that I FINALLY spoke to someone that was kind and listened. The actions of these ppl minus the supervisor was inexcusable and I hope someone is held accountable.

Hours are listed online as open until 7:30 pm. Printed hours on their door say until 6:30. Would be great if they'd update it online to save people making useless trips.

The absolute WORST shipping company that exists. This story im about to tell you happens all the time, plus other worse experiences. My order was supposed to show up 2 days ago. It said the package was in livonia out for delivery. Never showed up that day. The next day, says the same thing. Never showed up. Now it says it's been checked in, in texas. Htf is it all of a sudden in TEXAS? Now, it is not supposed to be delivered for 2 more days. The problem is, I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and won't be back for a week. So now the stuff I ordered for my vacation is useless, my package is going to sit on my front door for a whole week. Who's to say it doesn't get stolen during that time? I've had numerous other packages not even show up. This is 2024, and you still can't get your own business figured out? Disgrace. Now I know why their color is brown, cause their business is like something else when we think of brown.
