Good uhaul but horrible after hours experience. No clearly marked spot to drop off key. Had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone after hours and I ended up just putting the key in their mailbox. They need to have a spot to drop keys off and it needs to be clearly marked and easy to find.

Polite and Friendly, relatively inexpensive. Would get 5 stars but they didn't have packing boxes for large (>40") flat screen TVs.

Website does not work. I am trying to pick up the truck I reserved and it won't let me check in. So, I'm sitting on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone ???

Had a minor issue with the dolly not being secured prior to rental but I had no idea. So this caused the seal to break which in turn charged me for the dolly rental. Well, I had no idea it wasn't secured properly. They reversed the charges with no issue. Thanks.

I was not given all the details of using a Green Dot card. It took 3 trips to 2 different Uhaul locations before I was able to rent a truck. The truck smelled musty and moldy. We had to ride with the windows open. The second location was much more helpful and better able to answer my questions and get the truck rented to me.

I rented a dolly to transport a car from Alabama back to Michigan. I told the managers of the place that it was a 9 hour drive there, and another 9 hours to drive back. And that I wouldn't be able to have the dolly back until 7-8pm the following day. The managers pulled a fast one on me by including in the contract that the dolly was to be returned by 6pm the next day. I mistakenly their word on it and didn't read over the contract. When I called the next day to tell them that I was running a little behind, they surprised me and told me that if I wasn't back by 6pm I'd be charged an extra day. I told the p**** working the front desk that this wasn't the verbal agreement that I had with the other managers. I called the field manager Jesse the next day and told him about my experience. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that something would be done to reemburse me for the fast one they pulled. It has now been 2 days since the conversation with the field manager. I called him back multiple times and left messages but he still hasnt called back.These people are THIEVES and if you're going to rent from them MAKE SURE you double and triple check the contract! I will never deal with uhaul again!!!
