Horrible for something very simple over the phone for a fax of a loan-payoff.

Absolutely horrible company. Never lease or buy a Toyota if you’re using them. You never get ahold of a customer service rep. Constant 90 minute wait times. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is pitiful.
