I recently ordered two dozen long-stem pink roses for my grandmother's birthday, and I can't even begin to express how thrilled we were with the experience! The flowers were absolutely stunning—so much so that my grandmother thought I had sent four dozen! From the moment I placed the order over the phone to the delivery, the service was nothing short of exceptional!
The delivery person went above and beyond; he not only brought the flowers into the house, but also sang "Happy Birthday" to my grandmother, who isn’t very steady on her feet. She was so touched that she called me in tears of joy <3
Thank you, Thrifty, for providing such a memorable experience. You made me look great and brought immense happiness to my grandmother. I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come!

Walked in, looked around for about 10 minutes, staff was rushing around too busy to talk. Left and went to Merri-Craft, who did a fantastic job for me.

Stopped in with my son on Mother's Day morning to get a bouquet for my mother-in-law. My son insisted on wearing a Mario costume and all of the young ladies working there all were so sweet to him, and gave him a single rose for coming by. Made his day. Very friendly and memorable service from the staff. ?

adelia (i hope i’m spelling that right) and the girls at thrifty florist are some of the sweetest, kindest people on this earth!!! i told them about my sister’s first theatre performance and they set my bouquet up with a beautiful wrap with glitter and a enormous pink bow. my sister is going to love it!!! these girls know what they’re doing and the customer service is top notch!!! i will always go to thrifty florist for all my flower and gift needs :)

I ordered flowers for my friend and her mother who passed. My friend had to call the flower shop to see who the flowers were from, because the message I wrote on the card was not with the flowers. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed I will not be back.

Flowers were not delivered when they were suppose to be someone was home at 1pm when they were out for delivery… called that evening told to call in the morning. called at 9:30 am this morning told will get a call back soon and I asked to pick them up so I knew I’d get them… 2:30 rolls around still no call so I called back again when I was told they should be arriving shortly and I MIGHT be able to get the delivery fee refunded. Went into the store shortly after staff gave me rude looks as I walked in the door told them who I was. utter silence as they went to get my flowers (and they look like this) did not once say sorry or any words for that matter other than here was the number to corporate to dispute the delivery fee I called and talked to a very nice lady who returned my delivery fee and apologized for the whole ordeal. I will be buying flowers from Kroger…
