I couldn’t find a lotion I wanted and I have been looking for it at several different targets. I’m here out of town so I decided to look online and see if it was in stock and it was! I get there and it wasn’t on the shelf. I was disappointed but then I see, I think his name was Aaron, walk towards me and I ask him if it was in the back. He left to look in the back and he’s gone for maybe 20 minutes looking for this lotion for me because he said they got it on truck! He comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and of course it was fine. He took maybe 45 minutes out of his shift to look for this for me and he found it! I was very grateful and he was very sweet. Thank you Aaron :))

Target is always close to us, even if we moved to new place coz it’s our optional considerations where to move.
One of the good point is next Costco as neighbors know!

Very slow to pickup order; only one employee working. Several Target employees standing around not helping.

I have ordered my groceries online more than 6 times. This is new to me, never ordered groceries online anywhere before. I was a little skeptical at first, believing no one could select my items as well as me or they will leave something out & I will have paid for something I didn’t get. Well that has never happened and this is such a time saver & pleasant experience till I will never shop for myself again

Target is my #1 store where I shop for a number of items. The Target Store in Northville, MI is one of my favorite stores to shop. The employees are courtesy, and helpful when you need assistance. The store seems to be well stocked on most of the items I'm interested in purchasing, which is a plus for me. The store is clean and organized on all of my visits. My second Target go to store is Westland, MI. This store has courtesy and helpful employees, the store is clean and organized as well. However, sometimes the items that I am looking for aren't available at the Westland Store, which I equate to it services a lot of people in different communities.

Horrible return experience. I never had any problems returning at any target location until I came here. Will not shop at the store again for sure! Kylie was extremely rude! She told me that she can’t get me a refund for target brand cloths that shrink after wash because probably I didn’t wash it right?!

The person who helped me at the return counter was AMAZING! I didn't have my paper receipt, but she gave me precise, step by step instructions to navigate there in the app. She was patient and very knowledgable.
