Shout out to the best tmobile store ever i dont know the guys name that helped us but he helped us i want to say thank you i was the one where my mom and my friend were arguing over something crazy i thank you again for your help :) Keep doing what you guys do best :)

I went to the store to get a new phone and was helped by Eric. He was incredibly helpful and made it a smooth experience, even with all the work he was doing, he kept a positive attitude throughout. There were other employees there but to be honest he seemed to be the only one who was willing and wanting to help people. Thank you so much Eric!

I got a new phone for Christmas and was apprehensive about switching everything over from my old phone. Tahmeed and Davante were both very helpful and patient in getting this done for me. They were professional and reassuring. Everything got transferred successfully and I'm good to go on my new device thanks to them!

The assistant manager here is completely rude tahmed was his name he was being rude to the people in front of us as well I personally will never set foot in this store and I recommend nobody go to this store unless something changes with management he should not be in a service job with customers this man was not only rude but doesn't know how to communicate in a respective manner this place doesn't even deserve a star but cant post without it

Worst customer service ever. Taheed stated that they don’t do diagnostics at that location then proceeded to rudely tell me nothing was wrong with my device. I left and went two miles away to another store and was assisted right away by a very courteous rep who despite not being able to replicate the issue, helped me to make a claim as requested.I don’t see how that store can thrive when the employees drive business away. I have four lines due for an upgrade and I assure you I won’t be doing that at store 2900 located at Middlebelt and I-96

Went in to get my screen protector replaced. Immediately felt welcomed. The employee was super friendly and cleaned my whole phone for me. Quick process. Will recommend

Im a current T-MOBILE customer. I went to this T-MOBILE Location on November 24th. I was greeted by T (i believe thats what i was told his name is) I spent maybe 10 minutes speaking with him. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone from my note 10 to the Z Fold. I was ultimately told by this gentleman that I should go to BEST BUY to check for a better deal. So i take his advice....I stand in line at Best Buy only for them to tell me that they do not service T-MOBILE customers. So then I decide to go to a different T-MOBILE location. They were able to service me and give me EVERYTHING I needed; a new phone, a new galaxy watch and new phone plan. I dont understand why i was not able to receive that form of customer service at this location in Livonia on Middle Belt Road/96. I decided to go back to tell the manager about my unsatisfactory experience. I recited my story to him in front of T. The manager apologized. Which by the way i think the manager is a nice guy. However, I will NEVER visit this T-MOBILE location again. I felt as if I was sent on a wild goose chase driving over town to get a phone that I shouldve been able to purchase at this T-MOBILE. And I should mention that Best Buy was trying to get me to switch to a different phone carrier. So a T Mobile employee told me to go to another company which couldve lead to a lost customer all together. Someone make this make sense! Bad customer service and I wouldnt recommend anyone visit this location. I felt that he didnt want to service me!

I got new cell phone but didn't know how to download information from old phone so went to T-Mobile at 13429 Middlebelt and Iman the sweetest, nicest, kindest young lady spent almost hour downloading and explaining everything to me. Being a senior citizen this meant a lot to me. Iman and her coworker Hass were so nice, friendly and really understanding. I recommend them and this T-Mobile to everyone!!
