I bought a turn key property that required another 10k for fixes, so essentially it was not turnkey. Essential issues were not disclosed and Al managed to get the lead inspection, even though lead was found by another inspector. I'd stay away from that company.

Just closed on a turn-key home with Al Baazi and we had an amazing experience! Al is super helpful, kind and accommodative. Took us through the real estate home buying experience in great detail, and was available for any questions/concerns we had. My husband and I highly recommend using Strategy Properties for an amazing and super easy home buying experience. Specifically ask for Al Baazi and you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

Beware, it's not always what it seems. I purchased a turnkey property from them a couple years ago. That very property is advertised on there website as being available still (at the price I paid 2 years ago)! Seems like bait and switch to me. The inhouse property management, Proway, and then Autumn have been hands down the worst ever. I work with 4 other property management companies and have seen it done right. They placed a tenant with a lease or half of what the rent should have been! Worse yet, that tenant quit paying and is over a year delinquent. Due to COVID policies, I couldn't evict. I'm still stuck with this horrible non-paying tenant who won't even let my new property management in to do repairs to maintain the integrity of the home.

Have 3+ years dealing with Strategy Properties and it has been mostly negative. The 3 homes we have purchased were not turn key ready. Lead inspections were not properly completed and each property came with issues that were mostly not address properly. As a result costing us 10s of thousands to repair and get them compliant. On top of that their now shutdown property management company Proway was a disaster to work with. Taking up to 8 months to find a tenant for one of our properties. I would not recommend this company in any way. I will have a full detailed post of my experience on bigger pockets in the coming month.

Please see my review below from 2 years ago.. it’s 2 yrs later, and I’ve made a lot more $ since then working w Strategy Properties! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and make it easy. Big mistake not to invest w them!I highly recommend Strategy Properties. I currently invest with Strategy Properties and they’ve made it easy for me to make passive income - I’ve been very pleased!I’ve been a long time investor, and now working with Strategy has been one of my best moves. For any investors out there, it’s a great place to make money - better returns than any bank, and less risky/volatile than stocks. The process is very streamlined, as the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Additionally they provide alot of education and guidance on developing a portfolio to build wealth.

At first AL Bazzy was very friendly and answered all calls and emails, the home buying process was smooth, but at the first problem with Property management company he ignored me, and never answered again.He promises thinks about the property at the time of negotiation, thinks that later said that he never offered, for example the 6 months insurance over the property. I do not recommend Al BAzzy as an agent.

I've done one deal with Mike Jordan and his team at Strategy Properties. Due to the pandemic, the fix and flip property renovation became stalled. On top of that, a squatter moved into the property. It was a less than ideal 'first deal' with Mike due to the mentioned circumstances but through it all, Mike and his team kept me well informed and closed the deal as agreed.
