Never been to this place before I was just going off the reviews in I bought my car in for a tuneup and they were fast I didn’t have to wait long and the guy at the front desk was so nice while I was in the waiting area I’m definitely going back ☺️Service: Auto maintenance

I have been going to this location for 15 plus years. Ever since it changed from speedy to Monroe the service has been going down hill. Today was the last straw. I took my truck in for a tire rotation, take the spare tire off and place the regular rim and tire back on and an alignment. The manager wasn't there so I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes while the 2 technicians played casino games on their phones. After 30 minutes the technician said he could pull my truck in for inspection. After 3 hours I stopped back in after not hearing from them. The manager told me he didn't have a skilled technician to look at the vibration in the front end. I figured they would at least rotate the tires and switch out the spare tire. I called at 4 pm and Mo the manager said they did nothing with the truck. I will never bring another vehicle there for anything. With the lack of service I will make sure to tell people to stay clear of this repair shop!

I made an appointment. I showed up at the scheduled time, only to be told to come back another day. This is the second time this shop has done this to me. I have never successfully received service there, so I'm not sure they actually ever do anything.

Totally found this place on the fly as another local auto place that we called couldn't fit us in to look at a used car we were interested in. Monro Auto was super accommodating and helpfully took us in promptly. They test drove the car and got it up on the hoist, revealing the horrible water damage under this nicely polished lemon. The mechanic took the time to professionally take us under the car and explain the issues. The said used car was not bought and years of hassle, money and stress will not be spent. We spoke with the new manager/owner, Jared who was very upfront and personable. They didn't even charge us for the evaluation! (Normally a $45 charge). I'd give more stars if I could! We will be return customers and support this honest local business!

Took car in because it was making loud noise. Thought it might be the muffler. They checked it out, said muffler was good. Then took to an auto repair shop & they said definitely the muffler. They fixed & car is quiet now. You think a muffler place would have known it was the muffler.

I had showed up to the Livonia Mi location last week for an oil change and tire rotation. I called in the am and was told to come at 11, I asked if I would be done by 12 because I had to pick up my kids at 12:20, the manager Rebecca told me yes that will be enough time. I showed up at 10:45, my car was brought in at 11:15 ish. At 11:45 I see my car coming down and she tells me one of her guys is going home sick and they won't be able to rotate my tires and get me out by noon so they just took it down. Fine I understood that she was very nice and offered many apologies, she then asked what day and time worked for me so I can set up an appointment, I picked today at 0830, she told me no problem I already paid for it and it's free and thanked me for understanding and being ok with a reschedule. Today I wake up my kids get them up and ready to head over to my appointment at0830 and NOPE, the guy who went home sick last week said "it will be a few hours" I told him I had an appointment for this and he told me "i got a shop full of cars" then just stared at me like I should be ok with this.

Kevin is the All-Star here! Customer service was on point, he explained things in simple English, didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and I trust the competence he showed while working on my car. Will take it to Kevin for other preventative maintenance work and avoid getting gouged by the dealer! Thanks Kevin - keep up the great work and customer service!

I have to say I believe I have found an awesome place to bring my vehicles. I had an issue with my car and brought it in to get looked at and the wait wasn't like any other place. They are they to get quality work done and in a efficient matter. Sam was very friendly and an awesome person to work with and professional. At the end of the day I had to go get some welding done on my vehicle at a body shop and as I went to go pay he told me look don't worry about it I just hope we captured your business today and its probably going to cost you for the welding and he waived my fee. It's hard to find good mechnics and good people now a days. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants fast and nice service.

I dont write numerous reviews but I am compelled to write this. I have been using this store for many years. Sam the shop manager is an outstanding, understanding, top notch person, not just the manager. Larry, one of the mechanics has to be one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever dealt with. Both Sam and Larry have answered any questions I've ever had (as silly as they may have been). And have been very upfront and transparent with every reply. I highly reccomend this establishment and will be going there for many many years to come.

Sam is a very knowledgeable mechanic, I came here on Memorial Day and he gave me excellent customer service, he let me know my options, and recommended various things about my car, he also went the extra step and gave me a free courtesy inspection, very friendly shop, highly recommended for quick and helpful service, I got my muffler replaced and I didn't even realize my car was on, because it was so quiet, thanks again Sam! Excellent work!
