I stopped for coffee this morning. I chose the caramel macchiato coffee. The machine did not indicate that coffee flavor was unavailable. So, I filled the cup, added my creamer, and went on my way. I was unpleasantly surprised when my "coffee" tasted like hot water and creamer.

It's been one thing after another with this gas station over the years. But mostly the staff is rude as heck except for this one nice short white guy in his 20's. This morning mothers day there was this middle aged white woman working the register and she let some middle aged white man who seemed to know her cut in line in front of 7 people. When I said something about it she gives me the attitude look and says, "I LET HIM." I swear i'm not using the convieniance excuse going there anymore, it's time to cross plymouth rd. and use the Mobile from now on. That was the last time they treat me like that. My mother allways complains how filthy disgusting this place is too

With as much as we are spending on fuel lately you reaver better customer service! Avoid this place! I use speedways all over, even in other states. This is one I've had just absolute rude customer service at before and tried again today and seen things haven't changed. It always leaves a bad taste after just spending a small fortune on fuel, so I'll be sure to avoid this one from now on. The heavy set black man behind the counter had the worst attitude. He will roll his eyes if he has to scan your membership card, he doesn't offer a receipt, he doesn't offer a bag, when I said "thank you", he didn't say anything back. Then, when I went out to fuel up my car I scanned my membership card, then I inserted my credit card. Just as I do at every other speedway. Nothing was happening, there was a message saying "waiting on the cashier", then he mumbled something over the intercom and it still wouldn't let me fuel up. So I went somewhere else.

Went to the Livonia Plymouth Road location about 10:30PM last night. They were blaring extremely loud advertising over the speakers. It was SUPER offensive and annoying, and even annoying inside the car with the doors closed. Glad I don't live near there, neighbors must HATE this!!!

I had no clue these things even existed i went to the speedway to get a water and when I came out I was approached by a gentleman who spoke very little English asking for help so I gave it a shot we had a language barrier to overcome he was having trouble getting into the locker he had a verification the package was there but didn't know how get it open we did struggle to get it at first Sense we had the language barrier I decided to call amazon for him the man spoke Portuguese so I was able to get a Spanish speaking person on with him wich is close enough to have more dialog and try to get open Even with the person on the phone we are still having some trouble until I remembered We have the ability with smartphones to be able To get a translation of any language Once I brought up a translator We were able to get in the locker within minutes The trouble we were having Ended up being He was putting in the wrong code Once we discovered that He got right in goddess package and with super Appreciative that I helped him And that the lockers were there

Sherie was appalling. I had to wait in a ghost line for 2 minutes while she watched me walk in to pay for my gas and proceeded to wipe the counters for no patrons at a slow time of the evening. Neglected to say a single word as she slumped to the counter, I waited and politely asked her to load a fuel card and put the balance on the pump. The only words spoken to me snarkily were "what's the balance" (I can't see your screen and was not handed any of the crumpled up receipts) to which I replied the amount I just had her put on (I just went ahead and replied with the amount I just had her reload as to not be difficult) to which she replied that was wrong about the balance (since I had some left over from a previous time)... I left wishing her a happy holiday... someone needs a little holiday cheer.

This locker is always seemingly unavailable. The location is a bit cumbersome in the winter. It doesn’t leave much walking room, as it is on the gas station’s sidewalk that runs along the perimeter of the store. Too many gas station customers walk by, or pull up—too exposed. There is a 24-hour neighboring grocery store where this locker would perhaps make the user experience much more comfortable.
