I just came to exchange cable boxes. They were very fast, very courteous, and didn't pressure me. A surprisingly pleasant experience.

Took the cable box home yesterday to hook up. It was hooked up correctly but kept cycling over and over, saying boot. I called support at least four times. Subsequently I discovered that the power button for the box was jammed halfway in, halfway out. Now my day is wasted since they don't open until noon. This is a new box, no excuse. I want to add that I'm a three strikes and your out person. There is a good chance I will be canceling my order. I don't need the aggravation and will pay AT&T for better service.

Got a service bundle for the first time ever. I have used Spectrum cable for decades and they gave me a new box that you now have to call to activate. It took me over 40 minutes with technical support to get it working initially this morning. So far, the box has stopped working twice and require rebooting that takes 20 to 40 minutes while on the phone. Two strikes so far in less than 24 hours. Upon strike #3, I will be calling for AT&T fiber optic cable and bundle with them.Update: Subsequently found that the power button on brand new box was jammed halfway in and halfway out. Now it is stuck on boot in the display. I shall be returning the box and will not accept or sign for any equipment unless they can hook it up in the store to prove it works correctly. If they refuse, I will make a command decision to take my business to AT&T. I would rather pay a higher price for good, quality service that I don't have to constantly worry about. I don't need any more aggravation in my life right now.

This location is fantastic. Always quick to help us and they always have the equipment that the spectrum store closer to my house is always out of. The manager and the employees are always professional and have us leaving satisfied every visit.

Had issues with two different credit cards because they hand type the numbers in instead of tapping or sliding the cards through. After the 3rd card trying and receiving a text authorizing the purchase we were able to proceed with our transaction. Joshua was patient and helpful.

I was very upset yesterday when my phone didn't work anymore I couldn't dail out or receive call and I have a sickly daughter at home that I care for but when I tell you Jason and Juwan went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met I really do appreciate you guys for all of your help I will recommend anyone to you guys it's very hard to find good customers service these days thanks again you guys rock

These three young men were engaging and listened to my humor as I debated myself on why I can't cut cable. They laughed and shared their experiences. I felt like a customer when I left. And Lord knows that's rare these days! I promised them I would send them a "Shout Out" Josh, Joshua, and JuWan Thank you for being you!

Terrible service! I ordered internet/wifi service with a promise that it would be installed the next day between 5 and 7 pm. They did a no show - and did not call me to let me know they weren't coming. I called the next day and was told that they had changed the install day to a week later (still without notifying me of the change.) Then, I was told they would expedite the install and I would receive a call within 1 1/2 hours to process it. The phone rang - no one was on their end. Second call, no one again to answer when I said hello. I called them back. They said they'd put me on a list but the install was still set for a week after placing the order. They've lost my business. Just called AT & T and I'm all set!

Color me surprised when I walked in... Two years ago this store was a mess... Now it's tidy, colorful and has more than one sales/cashier person. No heavy sales pitch the day I came in.

Daughter has new modem and router out in March 2023 after 6 days of on and off service. This past week the device for both went out again. Spent 40 minutes on hold and 8 transfers to finally get someone on the phone. Gentlemen walked us through restarting it. Only for it to fail about an hour later. Restart the whole process again. Customer service schedules a tech out for Sunday between 5-6 pm. Daughter approves. Sunday call for to reschedule by spectrum for Monday between 6-7 pm. Daughter agrees. Daughter gets a text to confirm her appointment on Monday between 2-3. She called spectrum and spoke to many random computerized call center until finally getting a real person. They inform her that she approved the new appointment time when they called her today. She was at work, in a hospital lab, no phones allowed and she has no missed calls. Spent the last hour talking to a tech who has no record of any of her past calls or her requests for service. Beyond frustrating. Disgusted with the whole spectrum customer service and their inability to “locate” records of incoming customers complaints. Told her to report to LARA for misrepresenting of customer service and ability to compete transactions
