This monopoly for Internet service has got to stop ?!
Called to get a credit because of the numerous outages! 1 week of continuous outages which is basically 1/4 of the month, they offer $8 credit! I'm pretty sure my bill is much more than $32 a month. Then was in no uncertain terms that they weren't worried about losing a customer. Because nobody else services this area. Total B.S.! As soon as some other service providers are available I'm dumping these gouging Jerks!

Very bad and very slow service. Workers here are not interested in helping anyone. They don’t care if they wait on one customer or 10. They are here for their shift. Watched one worker do absolutely nothing the whole time I was there. One worker did all the customers. Took him over an hour to serve 3 customers.

Don’t Wi-Fi from here. They up your Wi-Fi $2 every couple months. Always outages and customer service is terrible

Russell provided professional, honest and kind service. Answered all my questions and resolved the issues with a great attitude, even with it being 10 minutes before close. Highly recommend this spectrum location

Spectrum internet is garbage. I have also been having issues with my cell service and I took my phone to an authorized Samsung repair store and was advised nothing is wrong with my phone it's my service provider. I took the paper they gave me into spectrum and as usual they told me they are having no complaints with their service. I advised yes you are, I'm complaining. He told me to change carriers or buy a new phone. Tech support was no help either. Never contacted me back. It's not safe to have a phone that won't make phone calls without wifi service. And last night my phone wouldn't even connect to our wifi at home, but it worked just fine connected to ATT at my work. Do not recommend, would give zero stars if I could.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I traded in a phone here and believe that the customer representative I dealt with who's name is Curtis who lives in Ohio and is a 5'5 African American male with dreadlocks at the time as well as glasses with a smaller body frame used information off that phone to illegally obtain information to collect money that didn't belong to him from my draftkings account that was on that phone!! STAY AWAY!!!

I just came to exchange cable boxes. They were very fast, very courteous, and didn't pressure me. A surprisingly pleasant experience.
