Just got off the phone with Emu and he was spectacular! In fact, every person I’ve interacted with at this store has been stellar. The system said they didn’t have the base paint I wanted in the gallon size, but Emu checked anyway and found me a gallon! He said they will have it tinted and ready for me by 5:15. Also, yesterday around 5pm I was helped by Valentine (I think that’s right) in store and he was super great, too! He helped me find the paint chips I was looking for and gave me good advice on sheens and paint types!

Staff is very good, Gave a complete explanation of the process-to seal, stain and finish, and explain the products. Provided more info than what is on the can, especially in regards to weather/Humidity and drying.

The staff here is awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Also extremely professional, I saw first hand when the extremely rude customer ahead of me in line was ripping their heads of because the store was out of stock in something. They really know their stuff and it shows! I'll be going here for all my painting needs going forward.

What a wonderful experience at this location! Anise went above & beyond to help us pick out supplies & paint for a home project. Me & my spouse came in so confused & unsure of what to purchase for the painting crew. We wanted to pick out colors, finishes, & supplies for the paint crew to save money & to not have any misunderstandings with the painters. Anise advised us professionally & with genuine care & concern for our budget & project needs. Leaving tonight so grateful for her knowledge & patience ??
