They patiently reminded us of and helped us fully understand our responsibilities to end our business with them. We arranged a service and joined the service there to remove our stored items. I swept out the walls, door and floor of the unit. Our business with the managing couple was ended in a prompt and fair way.”

“Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.

“It's been a year, Aug. 12, 2023, since I opened an account with Public Storage, 12900 Newburg, Livonia. To this day, June 11, 2024, I still remember the kindness of Amy. She was truly helpful. Being a first-time user of a storage I was lost and asked many questions and Amy didn't look the least annoyed. She continued to assist me and even volunteered to get me a flat bed, didn't know was free of charge. There are just people like Amy who takes their job to heart. ❤”

“I had an awesome experience with Savannah and Nicole at Storage Sense of Livonia on Inkster Rd. Not just one person assisted but they both worked together as a team to get the job done. They both deserve recognition because I haven’t seen this type of customer service in a long time. Not one time did they give me a hard time but came up with a solution for me and I ended up getting a storage in which I had been trying to get for the last few months. Thanks Savannah and Nicole for going the extra mile to make sure I left with a smile instead of a frown on my face. I literally have told several people about the great and expertise service that’s at Storage Sense of Livonia on Inkster road.
