Very Profit driven, they don't like the community for any of the card games they sell. Very Overpriced like for one piece, instead of selling a sealed box. They'll sell you 24 packs for $13 a piece and not even let you take the box as the owner "collects" them. Sounds like the owner fills them with dead packs then re-seals them then sells the box online.

We made a purchase and the Spray paint we purchase stopped working and they refused to make an exchange because the can was open.

My go to place for board games. This is the shop that helped me dive into the hobby. Everyone is nice and very helpful. Owner is fantastic and kind.

So, I found the online store while searching for the Blood Rites deck from MTG LCOI and when I saw only 2 in stock I had to call to confirm. Keep in mind, I've been searching for this deck for months now and unwilling to pay a huge markup. RIW Hobbies answered the phone and confirmed they had it in stock. So happy to finally have this deck and extremely happy with the service from RIW. If I'm ever in Michigan, I will definitely be hitting up the storefront. Highly recommend.

One of the worst game shops in the state of Michigan if I could do negative stars I would. The staff is rude, not attentive, lazy etc. The store it's self usually smells horribly. One of the only game shops that doesnt have a bathroom so no sense in staying long. They are over priced and essentially steal from you when it comes to trades. The tabels side for gaming is trashed usually and filled with back stock. They have no true way of documenting what you purchase , no itemized recipes of each item they type in "bulk item" and charge you that way, also are known to try and lie about what you purchase and accuse you of stealing. Over all its a horrible store, I recommend literally any other store in this state.

I wish I had another star for this gem. These guys have the absolute best Pokémon TCG Booster pack selection you will find. Friendly, helpful staff and more Elite Trainer Boxes/Collection Boxes than I've ever seen at a local shop. 10/10!

I used to frequent this place pre COVID and finally made my way back there. It's definitely gone down hill. Was completely ignored, no acknowledgment, help, or even a hello. Much better and friendlier card shops out there so, I recommend going somewhere else.

Never felt more unwelcome in a card shop than I have when I visited here. None of the employees ever said a word to me and I had to ask an employee 3 times where the restroom was only to be told "it's only for people participating in the tournament"

Their workers have horrible attitudes like they don't wanna be their and the main problem is THEY DONT LET YOU PICK YOUR OWN PACKS! What's the point of not picking your own packs? If you spending your money, but their too lazy to pull the box from the shelf so we can choose our own luck, not you choose for me! They didn't used to be like this I used to go spend 1000 to 2000 a months until they did this now I take my business else where it's sad and there owner better be reading this and makes a change if not I will make sure I keep spreading the truth about you guys shame on you!
