Great place there is a girl that works here w long eyelashes and she makes my day a little better everything I see her. Was having a horrible day and she out of knowhere told me I was valuable to God and he lives me and it was what I needed at that time

Do not waste your time going to this pharmacy! Absolutely nightmare for couple years now! Pretty much always have a attitude and act like your a inconvenience even though that's legit their job to help people! The last straw was April 18th 2022 when the pharmacist was rude to me as soon as I handed her my sons script. The medication required a pre authorization so she proceeded to tell me I had to call and figure it out and it could take a week. I explained they were very important that my son is having emergency surgery and needs these asap. She proceeded to just be rude and just stand there and stare at me and tell me they are expensive and I basically couldn't afford them so needless to say I did what I had to do for my son and paid 400 dollars for his meds. I spoke with insurance, another pharmacist and not 1 but 3 of my sons doctors and they told me that is the pharmacist job to contact the dr to figure it out on the spot! I found a local pharmacy and they filled other meds after my sons surgery and they didn't have one so they called the dr and figured it out....wow a person who actually does their job and helps people??? I will no longer be using any Rite Aid!

There has been a change in the pharmaceutical staff here and they are the WORSE ever. I'm sure if you have got your prescription here for a long period of time like I have, your missing the old team. I will be moving my scripts to a pharmaceutical company that has a compassiinate staff.

Scheduled appointments for COVID Booster. Waited 30 minutes to even be checked in. Were told we would be seen shortly and to wait. Waited another 45 minutes. Asked for an update and was told “You’re next,” yet they kept taking other customers who walked up for pharmacy? Another 30 minutes later, asked for our information back to leave, and all of a sudden they could fit us in. Still waiting right now, actually - so to be determined if we will actually be served. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service and communication. I understand being short-staffed, I do not however understand or accept abysmal communication regarding wait times. If we would have been informed from the start, we would not have wasted 2 hours. It is so unfortunate because they truly seemed friendly and nice, but the service simply was inexcusable.

I used to think they are decent but the last few months have been terrible. I can’t reach the pharmacy on phone and they put me on hold right when they answer. When they did answer ONCE they told me to come pick up my prescription only to tell me it’s out of stock after I got there. I assume they thought they were talking to somebody else. The young man that works there has been the one who is difficult to work with and ask questions. I really hope it’s a staffing problem and it will be fixed.

The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. The prices on beer are a lot less than the grocery store located in the same plaza. It is also easily assessable. They have just about everything it seems. Plus they have an old Western Union kiosk inside.

Another Rite Aid pharmacy had my prescription on back order called other Rite Aids and found this one had the prescription and called ahead to have it filled. Not filled. Didn't listen. Had to repeat
