They were under construction when I went, but it didn't stop them from selling me the exact car (Mazda 3) I wanted ! Special Thanks to Pam for a great experience from placing an order to arranging delivery. There was no time wasted at this dealership - highly recommend if you're searching for a new Mazda. I can't guarantee the same outcome if someone else was on the sales floor other than Pam.

This service visit was the quickest one yet. In and out in an hour. Paul was very nice to work with. He gave me the report on my vehicle verbally, not with a video, which I appreciated.My only disappointment was that my car wasn’t washed. On other visits I’ve driven off in a clean car and I was kinda looking forward to that.I much prefer this service department to Suburban. I feel I can trust the people here not to sell me something I don’t need.

Had a great experience with Pam Y!! She was very kind and explained all my lease turn-in options and answered all my questions. Did not feel pressured during sales process, she simply explained all my options and pricing was clear. This is my 4th Mazda vehicle leased with Pam Y. as my salesperson, and I will always go back to her. She treats you like family and works to make sure you get the vehicle and trim levels you are hoping for. Thanks again to Pam Y, and the team at LaFontaine Mazda!!

Service is quick. Nice to get the job done.But when I look at cost break down, I can hardly imaging the dealer charged me for “shop supplies”, “exchange kit fee”…I mean, if you don’t have the tool to perform the service, you shouldn’t provide the service. Tool is part of service. Why are you charging me for your tool usage? Besides, what is “shop supplies”? You never communicated to me! Wow this dealer is claiming to be transparent.And I know they are going to comment by attaching an email address or phone number, just like the others. Be aware!

Keith Tompkins and Zack were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Based on prior research, I received a good deal without needing to haggle. As a result, the entire process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership!

My experience was so awesome the sales person I had was Pam. I felt so welcomed by her from start to finish. She really has an awesome personality and cares about people. She made sure i was clear on everything she answered any questions i had! I felt really comfortable like a really good friend! highly recommend her she was great my dad thought she was amazing also! I love my car I'm very satisfied with Lafontaine Mazda.!!

I wish I could give a zero. Beware!! DO NOT use their service department. Took advantage of my 18 year old daughter. Charged her $806 for brake pads and rotors on the rear axle only. I priced competitors personally and the quote was $450. When I told them this they wanted to start bartering down to $700. Why didn’t they charge $700 in the first place? We all know why. I am taking them to district court. Not to mention one of the service workers hung up on me when I was questioning the bill. Again, be careful!!!

I bought my CX5 here and it has been almost a year. Few weeks ago there was a light on my OBD saying my smart brake system malfunction, so I tried to schedule a service but they said it will take 1 or 2 days but no loaner car is available. I called them over 10 times to check if there is a loaner car, but there is no one take care this issue properly. They just keep transferring the call to advisor but no one answered. Even I left voice mail, they never got me back. Such a horrible customer service ever in my life. Don’t buy a car from LaFontaine if you wish better customer service from Mazda.!Update!Once I left a review, the service manager, Mike, called me and took care everything. Even their first action was not proper, Mike tried to fix it. He did his best! Thanks again Mike.

I didn’t want to buy a car, but a storm totaled mine. Everyone at the dealership, specifically Pam, were super friendly and helpful and helped me work within my budget to leave with a very nice car. They were very patient while I worked with my bank and insurance to get the funds in order. Can’t recommend them enough!

I received friendly service from the first phone call to set an appointment for the test drive. They had good follow up prior to the appointment to make sure I knew where to go and they had the right car ready.Pam had the car ready for me when I got there, including having the AC started on a hot day. She has a great personality and was very informative. I didn’t expect the buying experience to be so easy and efficient. Pam also provided contact info for any questions I might have about the car and followed up a few days later to check in. I am not only incredibly happy with my gorgeous new Mazda, but also that I was able to make the purchase through someone as experienced and personable as Pam.

Ever since LaFontaine took over this dealership, I have had nothing but problems with the service department. They cannot even handle the most basic customer service. Last September, I found out I needed a part for my car. Between October and December, I called at least 6 times to get an update. Each time, I was told I would be called back and did not get a call back. My husband called and was given answers on the same call. When it was time to have the work done, they said it would take a few hours. Near end of day, I tried to call to see if it was almost done, no answer. Their Mazda building is under renovation, and they did not have the phones forwarded. My husband had to accompany me to the dealership, where we found my vehicle was not done and wouldn't be done that day. I had to ask for a loan vehicle, so I could go to work, it was not offered by them. They proceeded to hold my car for a week when it was supposed to only take a few hours. Today, I tried to call the service line to no avail. It's been 8 months and the phones are STILL not being forwarded. I called the VW service department as that is where they are doing work currently, I needed a manager, was told I was being transferred to a manager, got a voicemail. My husband had to go there to get answers. The employees in this service department do not know basic customer service and are certainly not interested in helping their female customers. I will not be back to this dealership or any LaFontaine dealership for future service or to purchase my next vehicle. Joey is the ONLY person in their service department who cares, he is absolutely wonderful to work with.

Great experience. Leased a Mazda CX-5 in early 2020....bought it outright today. Pam and Jose took care of me at every turn. The vehicle sells itself....stylish, reliable, affordable...but having good, honest people in your corner is just an added bonus. Thank you so much for your hard work....it means the world to me.

Recently leased a new vehicle and the whole process was simple and painless. Pam Yurgelaitis was a wonderful salesperson that worked with me and didn't pressure me into a deal I didn't want. Zack in Finance was also great to work with. Overall just a very positive experience and this is coming from someone that doesn't typically enjoy going into dealerships. Love my new CX-30!

Very poor customer service. No one guides you or try y to help. Phone attendance is very unprofessional. I could not get hold of any Manager or other responsible person to satisfy/ advise me about Mazda re all of defective Brake system of my 2023 Mazda CX30 that I bought from La Fontaine in January 2023. They did not replace that brake part Inspite of my request & Mazda promise. I am thinking of going to any other Mazda Dealer now.

Took my Mazda in for routine maintenance. Got there at 2:15, and was told that it would be about an hour. At 4:45 I noticed that my car was sitting out front. I asked if it was done and was told yes. Most dealerships inform customers when work is done so that they can go on with their lives. I can only guess that I sat there for an extra 1 1/2 hours .
