Ken scheduled service appointment for 2012 Volkswagon Eos and Paul handled request inspecting alternator as battery not holding charge. Both encounters were very professional and prompt, courteous service provided. Battery found to be defective and replacement suggested as Battery under warranty. Maher was our sales person and he was very professional , polite and calm and made the whole experience very joyful and comfortable with no pressure whatsoever . He worked with us as we were so indecisive as to what test drive and what to buy and through all of it he was very sweet and mature way beyond his years. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and walked out buying a car !!! Oh and his manager Jose was very helpful as well . THANK YOU GUYS !!!

This was a VERY expensive oil change at $110.00. This is unheard of for a basic sedan. Granted the very friendly and professional service advisor - Matthew Tapin - offered a 10% coupon, it's still too expensive. To make matters worse the next day I receive an offer from them for a $49.00 oil change. It makes me question if their pricing isn't arbitrarily high along with gouging practices. The pandemic is years in the past and oil prices haven't been consistently exhorbitantly high. So why the almost 100% price increase? I dare not go back for additional service and maintenance for fear of having to use a rideshare to get home because I can't afford to pay for auto services.

Made an appointment online. Didn’t hear anything for two days. Called and found out it wasn’t yet diagnosed and they didn’t even know when it would be diagnosed. Car was there for 2 1/2 days before being diagnosed. Took a 1/2 day to diagnose. Nobody ever called us to tell us that it was done. Received a text message to see a video about the diagnosis happening. Video Cut off at the beginning with no information communicated.
