I visit this store at least once, sometimes twice a week and spend lots of money. Yesterday I went in the store and there was a young black lady who kept trying on items and moving around the store a lot. She was eventually asked to leave the store as she argued with the manager who she assumed the young lady was stealing.Meantime, no one asked if I needed any help, but the staff constantly watched me as I moved around the store. The staff there are always standing in a huddle, talking to each other and watching me as if they think I'm going to steal something.After the lady was put out, that same manager rushes over to me with a frown on her face and asked if I was with that young lady.I told her no. She assumed that I was because I was the only other black woman in the store.Don't assume that I am stealing because I'm black lady. I will just take my business elsewhere.Also, I noticed that some of the customers who are black and posted reviews, have had some of the same experiences that I have. So, Rallys just just lost a good customer ?.Stop racial profiling.Editing this a week later now:You said reach out to you but I see that the same behavior is still going on. All of the blacks who posted reviews on here are still receiving the same treatment. When are you going to address this issue?You need new employees. Period.....They are constantly mistreating customers. Instead of apologizing, do something about it.

Went to grab a Pistons shirt for the game, and this place is amazing. Anything that has to do with michigan Sports, they have, I'm definitely going back !!!!!

My son went in last night for an interview his time was 6:30 pm Tuesday 2-13 from the start the lady was rude and asked him why he was there he said he was there for an interview and she said we are only hiring manager position it says it in the application then she said are you applying for it or not I don’t have time for this he was looking at the application and she said what are you doing ? She didn’t even look at the application and told him I need to get back to work and starting walking away from him as she was still talking leaving him standing there we love going to the store but didn’t need to get treated that way he didn’t know he just saw the sign hiring

Store employees would rather talk in a group of 3 than help me and my fiancée. We went next store and spent a few hundred there instead.
