I have a quick pass visited the car was on Monday after noticing something black all over my white car didn’t know if it was oil or tar…after going through the line twice Kirk offered to come over and help me remove what was remaining. Kirk helped me get my car clean-he went over and above to assist me. You don’t find willingness and people like Kirk often, he definitely is an asset to the business!!!

Thanks for going above and beyond Kurt! Quick Pass will have my business for life if they continue to maintain what they have going. Little things like the manager helping a customer dry off their vehicle goes a long way. After 30+ visits I have no complaints. This location is on point.

Normally we love this car wash as we pay for the membership. Lately I have been noticing that it's really lacking. The lights are never on which my son loves when we go through and last time we were there nothing came out where the wax was. Normally I would just go through a second time to get the left over stuff on the car but this past couple times it wouldn't have been worth it. Thinking of canceling my membership and finding somewhere else. I dont feel like they care anymore the quality is just not there.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! Don't do it!!! They literally scratched my entire hood, completely took off the entire coat of and denied all allegations! Noticeable from over 100 ft. I plan to post pictures on every social media website as on as I get home! Shame on you fastpass your gunna fix my truck one way or another!!

The wash I got was okay, wheels were still filthy though and various areas on the car were untouched. Somewhat disappointed.
