I have been a Ford truck owner since 2019 with this truck purchase I got all the bells and whistles as I know I will be driving, and you need to be prepared for what may happen. I have the service plan that included TireCARE Plus when I purchased my vehicle. This is my 3rd visit to Bill Brown Ford with the same issue, A punctured tire. This time I am writing a review as I called in advance to make sure they had my tire in stock and told them that the issue was a screw had gone in sideways in my tire resulting in a hole and tear. I have a background in mechanics as I used to perform that role during my time in the Army down in Mississippi. The secretary on the phone had said they had 2 tires available, so I brought my truck in. Usually, they can’t find my insurance as their system sometimes doesn’t show it under my act and they need to look for it. After I took my truck in, they called me and said it was ready and when I picked up my truck as I feared they patched it again. This is an issue as there is a gash in my tire from where the screw had torn and entered. The manager argued with me saying it will be just fine however in this cold climate currently any water that gets in can affect the patch job and would have me back in there requesting a tire again. This could have been avoided had they listened to me and just replaced the tire. I feel like Bill Brown Ford does what it can to cut costs at my expense when I pay for a service that should be no questions asked. On the site it does state that it is repaired or replaced which is why the first 2 times I didn’t push back, but as you can see in this photo, I included there is a big gash in my tire now. I am not sure how a mechanic can feel good about patching a tire to put me at further risk because they said it will be just fine. It will be just fine as I plan to take my business elsewhere. This clearly shows the laziness and lack of customer service that this company has for its warranty customers and that Bill Brown Ford Quicken Lane only cares about saving themselves money and not keeping their customers safe.

I have an f150 and I have almost 13000 miles on it just went there to get a high speed balance and tire rotation all they did was switch the front tires with the back ones and never even did the high speed balance and left me with a wobbly rear tire

Easy to schedule oil change using app, several reminders sent, courteous staff, done in the time they stated. Plenty of power plugs, coffee, water, even USB plugs for waiting customers, appreciate that!

I went here for years, for everything for my car. When they moved to the new building, their employees became very rude. They refused to accept my warranty. I managed to find a place nearby that accepted it and the warranty paid everything in full within an hour.

Oil life was not reset. When I called , the young man that answered wanted me to come back with the vehicle so that he could fix what someone else should have done. When I asked for a manager, he hung up. Really? The service Director felt as I did that was POOR customer service. 'Bob' will follow up. He took the time to go get a 2022 f150 and called me back to walk me through resetting. It was NOT difficult. Thank you Bob.

I have been a loyal Ford customer for years and more recently the quality of the Quick Lane services have heavily declined. Since introducing the texting updates about services, the lack of communication between the provider/tech and customer is absolutely awful. My mom and I both made appointments far in advance to get our Escapes fixed for a recall, and they did not tell us all of the important information we needed to know about the service(s) - or else we would not have agreed to it (ie how long it was going to take, oil change price, etc).I understand places being super busy & short staffed these days, but as a business, if you know a specific day is going to be busier than normal, you need to inform the client of all the appropriate information having to do with the service that day so they understand what they are agreeing to

Needed my brakes checked and they checked the entire car for possible maintenance needs. Brakes were good but I need a wheel bearing replaced. I was happy. Obtained written estimates too.

Always a great experience, with an appointment, it's always been an hour or less, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Set up an appointment ahead of time and drop your car off, and they will take your vehicle and return in a decent turnaround time -- however, there is always some issue abroad. The Quick Lane is tied to Bill Brown Ford, but the lines are blurred with their association to one another -- they both seem to always want to pass the buck between one or the other when a mistake is made. Most recently I had my car in to Quick Lane for The Works and a tire change. Came to find out after from CARFAX -- I don't even *have* a CARFAX account -- that there is an open recall on my vehicle. Quick Lane did not mention this to me when I had my car in, yet they were quick to text me and let me know about additional cost recommendations for parts replacement. I let Quick Lane know about my issue and they told me to take it to the Bill Brown service department. I didn't mention the specific issue when I mentioned it, but Quick Lane responded with details about the recall. Wow. So they KNEW what the recall was for, but yet they didn't tell me while I was already in there (took 2 weeks to schedule the appointment), and their best solution was for me to just schedule another appointment with Bill Brown service. This is a great example of incompetency, poor leadership coordination, and abuse of their customers' time. This isn't the first time I've been abused by Bill Brown/Quick Lane. I fully expect them to continue their trend of scapegoating one another and denying any real customer satisfaction. This is exactly why my next vehicle won't be a Ford.Services: Tires

Dropped my car off for alignment fix, nail in tire, and oil change. All they did was change the oil. Look for different dealerships elsewhere.
