This morning, my wife pulled into the Posh Pup parking lot to bring our 4 and 1/2-month-old puppy to playgroup. When she opened to hatchback, our pup jumped out into the parking lot before my wife could put her on leash. She has never been off leash outside of our fenced yard. Thankfully, she ran straight to Posh Pup's front entry door and waited to be let in. If this isn't a ringing endorsement of the good work they are doing there, I don't know what it.

I have had a lot of dogs and been to a lot of groomers but these girls are definitely the best! beautiful haircuts and the girls are kind and helpful.

I have 3 pit mixes and all 3 have special needs of various kinds (physical, behavioral, etc). The ladies at Posh Pup take such good care of my babies! Their pricing is reasonable and I know they are treated well during the grooming process. Highly recommend!

I have brought my dog to the Posh Pup several times, none of which I felt wildly impressed by, but it was always just okay and out of convenience, we continued to visit.I had an incredibly disappointing experience today that will unfortunately lead me to visiting elsewhere. I called the Posh Pup to ask when my dog may be done being groomed and they replied "Oh yeah they're done. We tried calling". I stated that I have zero missed calls from them and did not receive an apology on the phone, just "Oh okay" - I know they *have* the correct number as the woman working the counter had me check before I left after dropping my dog off earlier! There are even two numbers on file, so if that were true, they could have tried the second.I brought this up again upon pick up, just expressing that I was disappointed. I was stared at, given a "sorry, thats $65". For a 12 pound dog. Previously it has always been $50. Perhaps I paid for them to babysit my dog without them even letting me know they were done. I wouldn't know as you don't get a receipt. I hate to say it, it just feels that they are careless when it comes to customer service. All around, it was quite a negative experience and we won't be back. Not like they'd care if we did.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk right before thanksgiving. I called in the morning and they were able to get him in. Did an amazing job. Can't thank them enough.

I used the self serve area. The advertised price on the website was $10. When I got there I was charged $15.Before I came, I tried to call to see what I needed to bring with me. No one answered the phone. Thankfully I brought shampoo and brushes. Only the room and towels are provided.

I've been coming here for 5 years we have a sheltie. They do a beautiful job bathing and trimming him. The workers are very friendly. Have a love of pets that will make your animal feel comfortable

I've been taking my dog, Harvey, here for a little over a year and am always happy with the results. He's an aussie so his fur is a lot to tackle and they always do a great job trimming him up and loving on him!

Went there with my dog about 3 weeks ago. She was supposed to have a bath and a haircut. I had written down the exactly how I wanted her haircut. She followed none of it. When I got home my husband wanted to know why they didn’t cut her hair. I called to complain. I was told I could bring her back that same day (an hour round trip) or they would give me $10 off her next grooming. That means her next visit would still be $60. She normally gets a haircut every 4 months, but already needs another one. My decision is to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend you don’t go to Posh Pups either!

My dog Cooper now has seizures when going to the vet or grommer. Christine and the rest of the staff were very accommodating to Cooper's needs.

I bring my English bulldog, Zeus, here for grooming. He always comes home happy, smelling great and looking handsome. Love these folks.
