Received a item as a gift. I didn't have a receipt as it was a gift from a hardware store. Would not accept a reture or refund. Bad return policy. Guess I'll shop and go where I can make a return.

Unwilling or unable to fill certified 10lb propane tank you can buy at any Home Depot that has the same fittings as a 20lb tank.I have filled this tank dozens of times at dozens of places with what appears to be the same style equipment.Would not give specific reason other than the equipment can't do it. Maybe so maybe not. Maybe they thought it was a non refillable tank.When asked if it was the scale or the fitting they just said the equipment can't do it. Cool, thanks for explaining why. ?They just said they no without even looking at the tank so I gave up because was not in the mood to argue.Either they are mistaken and they could fill it, or they can't due to some legitimate equipment limitations but can't be bothered to explain why a certified tank with the same fittinga as a 20lb tank can't be filled.Could be legit. With a real explanation as to why I would have been happy and wished them a good day. But the generalized blow off of "we can't" that was getting stuffed down my throat was pretty annoying.Either way don't bother if you have anything other than a 20lb propane tank to fill.

These people are so friendly and over the top helpful finding anything you need even down to a specialty nut or bolt.

With all this covid 19 and states trying to make rules to protect the public, i don't understand why a store would not have any. Not one worker (counted 6) had masks on. The lady that showed me where a product was even had zero interest in staying 6 feet away. She stood in the isle right by what i needed like she expected me to walk right up to her. In a time when others are tying everything to protect their employees and public, this store could care less. Even the guys at the registers had gloves on...... but would touch everyone's credit cards giving them back. Good way to pass anything on to everyone. I've gone here for years but never again. You may not care about the health and safety of the public and your workers. But we do
