The evening crew here is amazing! I switched to getting my oil changed here because it’s always drive right up and get it done in 10 minutes. They walk me through any recommendations needed for work on my car and it has been so helpful! Prices are absolutely amazing

I don’t normally leave reviews, but today I am. I have never been to pennzoil but it was my first time today. the price first of all was amazing. I paid half of what I normally pay, and they were so damn nice. I am not going anywhere else but to this location for now on. I wish I knew his name, but one employee made me laugh the entire time I was there. As funny as it sound I’ve never felt more comfortable getting an oil change. Absolutely the best place I’ve been too.

Took my minivan to Pennzoil on Wayne Rd and Ann Arbor train for an oil change. This was the BEST oil change experience I ever had. Done correctly and quickly. All fluid levels and tires checked. Unbelievably OUTSTANDING. Jesse and Steve were great. I will be going there for future oil changes. Outstanding service. Great price too! They made a couple recommendations but no pressure.

Went to get my oil changed not realizing my car has synthetic oil. I wasn’t due to get it changed per the miles I have but I was passed my date so assumed I needed to. They could have easily charged us for an oil change but they were honest and checked the oil and it was full and clean. They topped off my washer fluid and put air in my tires.Charged us nothing! Awesome customer service, honest company. Thank you!!!

I went here for the first time after having some bad experiences at my dealerships service center. When I arrived I was naturally weary, but quickly realized I was in the right hands. Pennzoil is my Go- to for my oil changes. I've tried many other places and always had ok visits but weren't really checking everything on my car.I feel like Pennzoil does. Their super honest, friendly and actually encourage you to learn a bit about your vehicle.

The friendliest and most comprehensive oil change I've ever received. The second best is the time I was here last year. They topped off my coolant, filled my tires, advised me that my oil pan gasket shows signs of leakage, and that my coolant was abnormally low. All with an attitude of dedication to quality and service that you can only hope to find anywhere else. They mentioned additional services, (air filter, wiper blade) and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want. Flawless professionalism. Today I've decided to never take my car anywhere else.
