Quick and easy oil change! I also was missing my brake fluid cap on my car (lol I'm sure you remember me) and let me know what to get and where to buy one. Nice welcoming guys and not overpriced. See you again:)

I love this location. This is the only place I come to get my oil changed, and I have been coming here for years. They are the cheapest oil change I’ve found so far. The guys working are always so friendly. Nick (I believe that is his name) goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your service before you leave. I highly recommend this location to anyone.!

These guys take care of me well every time I go. I've only been like 4 times but on the 4th time the dude remembered my car and what its issue was the last time I stopped by. Mad respect. Professional through and through. If I lived the next town over I'd still probably get my oil change at this Pennzoil.

I live near this place. So it was my usual go to for oil change. It won't be anymore.While changing my oil, the young man servicing me takes out my air filter and shows me, it's got some dirt on it, but not much so I say, "Can you just rinse that off." Jokingly! So, then I ask, how much is a new filter, he says 21.99, I say again and you can't rinse that off. He's says, nevermind. I say, sir that's ok, I'll take the filter, he ignores me and puts the old filter back.Meanwhile whoever is servicing the under carriage of the car is singing the "Kia song"Not offended but they sang it all while I was there. ?After coming to collect the payment, young man goes back and tells someone what I said, thinking I couldn't hear him, but I could. So I shout out from the car, "BUT THEN I SAID YOU COULD GIVE ME THE NEW FILTER AND YOU DIDN'T!!"I sign my receipt, collect my card and drive off. Openly saying, "I will not be back."And I won't. First, I understand the person may have been having a rough time and didn't like the question or joke I made.That part is on me. However, when I asked for the service and was ignored and then he tried to talk about me like I couldn't hear, that's what made me decide to not return.A 40 dollar service could have been a 60 dollar service but my joking upset him.Ok. ??But maybe wait until the customers actually leave before you start talking about them.I'm sure my 44 dollars won't be missed.And to the person that serviced me, I hope things get better.
