Went to O’Reilly Auto at 8 mile and Grand River for hydraulic fluid and other things. After the purchase I was locked out of my truck! My phone was in there as well…Lasandra (hope I got the name right) let me use their own in house lock out kit. Was back in my truck in seconds. Thank you so much! Our company goes there very often and will go even more now!

When to pick up a part that was needed to get my brother back on the road...due to he had a load in the am...an the part was there an was on my way to pick it up even though it was cutting close to closing time I would've made it if they didn't have 8mile intersection at Grand River blocked off...but I arrived 1 minute after an the guy would not wait for me....even though I was told he was gonna wait ....but I ended up getting the part at another parts store....
