I've frequent Optimal Water Station for a few years now and happy I made a healthy connection with them. Mo the owner is very knowledgeable and respectful with a staff to match . I always feel welcome there when getting refills which are only $2 for my gallon water. Along with getting water to hydrate my body there are different healthy powder and parfaits to purchase there too.

Place is never open when the hrs say they are open. This has happened 2 separate occasions on sat. If you can’t get someone to staff on a morning, I think it’s time to change your hrs. What an inconvenience when u drive 20 mins to fill water bottles up and it’s not open.

I have been getting water delivered for several years now. I love the water and the service so much. Hands down, best tasting water, PERIOD! The delivery manager has provided stellar custom service. Any concern of mine has been addressed promptly and emphatically. I cannot recommend this place more!!!

The water is nice when I can get it. I was helping a friend refill her water. He spent time down talking tap water and it just MIGHT be bad, but I can't afford the cost of his water, and I ride the bus so it leaves me in a bad situation. Stuck drinking the water he down talked. Sorry, but this is the reality._______________&_(addition after the owner responded)I have no desire to down talk, speak badly or make things harder for a small business, and I really don't have time to be posting here and now.Your position of rebuke, that I have no opinion on your business because I didn't spend money there (at that time) is truly despicable and a true testament to your motivations.Further, with that mindset, you spoke to my friend in order to ensure you retained a CUSTOMER, aside from me.Google didn't ask me for my review of your place based on my being a paying customer. They simply asked what MY experience was there, and you're here defending your self centeredness.At this point it's a customer service thing, (or since I'm not a paying "customer" I guess I dont matter)I COULD EASILY RESCIND MY REVIEW ON THIS PLATFORM.you could learn from this experience
