“Easy to schedule oil change using app, several reminders sent, courteous staff, done in the time they stated. Plenty of power plugs, coffee, water, even USB plugs for waiting customers, appreciate that!”
“I had an appointment at 7am for 4 new tires to be installed. The tires were ordered online almost two weeks ago and an appointment was immediately generated for their install. In order to make my appointment this morning, I left home 40 minutes early. While in route to Walmart, apparently a system generatered text and email was sent to me cancelling my tire install appointment. The messages were sent at 6:21 am, so I did not receive them until after arriving at the car care center. Normally, a last minute cancellation inconveniencing me would cause me to go elsewhere and demand a refund. However, when I arrived at the car care center, Hakeem helped me. Although it was not his job to do so, he got the store tablet, researched my issue and inquired with a coworker who was also on the early shift, to figure out how to help me. Since my tire install had to be rescheduled, I thought I would get an oil change while there. Hakeem did what he could to be sure that I was taken care of. Although a new employee, he is a true asset to the team. He was not only extremely helpful, but he was also friendly, kind, considerate, intentionally thorough, and displayed great customer service -which is not something that I experience as a
customer anywhere nowadays.
Thank you Hakeem for your professionalism. It will not be forgotten. You redeemed Walmart with your actions this morning. Because of you they still has a customer.”
