“Josh and David were awesome! Great service, comprehensive, and very fast. They were great at communicating every step of the way and went above and beyond the oil change (checked both air filters, windshield wipers, added fluid, filled tire air, etc).
I had also asked for them to double check my heat shield, as my last visit to a different Uncle Ed's location (on Stadium in Ann Arbor) resulted in it falling off after the service (which damaged it to the point I had to get it replaced). Not only did David check, but Josh made the extra effort to do so for my peace of mind!
They helped me with multiple facets of my car all while being very transparent and friendly. I really appreciated them and highly recommend this specific location!”
“No complaints as of yet, on my 3 rd vehicle that has come here for an oil change, haven’t had any problems out of any of the cars I have brought here. My tire pressure is a little off but it’s cool. Very professional although the price has gone up for an oil change since i been here last with my last car which was only about 4 months ago.”
“The only thing I know about my cars engine is that it's under the hood. These guys even managed to decipher what I was trying to request. Fast, reasonably priced and the manager noticed I had wipers sitting in my passenger seat and he removed the old and installed the new..... To be nice. Who knew?!?! Are you kidding me?!?! No one does stuff like that anymore, except these guys.”
“After seeing this place for years on my walks (and having been without a mechanic since Ault's Mobil was sold 5 yrs ago), I took my car in for a coolant reservoir replacement and a radiator flush & fill. They were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt service and cost effective. They did an end to end auto inspection-Their service is wonderful!! I WILL BE going back for Shocks and Struts as I believe this place to be a reputable and competent Auto Service & Repair business. Many thanks to John (owner) and Jessica (office manager).”

“Took a longer than usual time to complete a simple oil change. Definitely not a 15 minute job; more like 25 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional enough, though.”
“Bout a 2 hr unload. Fairly easy to back in. Sometimes it gets a lil crowded with trucks waiting for doors. Once in a door less than an hr to get unloaded and bol back in hand. No lights outside. so pay attention for when they smack the inside of ur trailer.”
“This place is great. Professional jobs with good prices. I told him what I thought I needed. He told me what I needed and what was unnecessary to get. Fix my struts and tighten up things that other shops should have done. I will definitely be going back.”

“Took my minivan to Pennzoil on Wayne Rd and Ann Arbor train for an oil change. This was the BEST oil change experience I ever had. Done correctly and quickly. All fluid levels and tires checked. Unbelievably OUTSTANDING. Jesse and Steve were great. I will be going there for future oil changes. Outstanding service. Great price too! They made a couple recommendations but no pressure.”
“Never been to this place before I was just going off the reviews in I bought my car in for a tuneup and they were fast I didn’t have to wait long and the guy at the front desk was so nice while I was in the waiting area I’m definitely going back ☺️Service: Auto maintenance”

“I had a great experience having the works. They were efficient kept me up to speed of what was going on and had a good customer service experience. In fact it's so good that I'm going back there tomorrow to get a tire fixed even though there are other places close by.
Update that I did take my vehicle to get fixed there today. They are extremely quick and because I had extended warranty on the tires, which was the problem, they put on a new tire quickly and communicated well. I've had a much better experience with them compared with other Ford dealerships in the area.”
“I made a tire appointment for 3pm, arrived at 2:40pm, and was out by 3:30pm. Ordering online was easy. I was greeted by a friendly staff person when I arrived. The waiting room was clean and didn't stink like rubber. The tires I purchased were very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and will definitely come back. I normally expect tire appointments to take 1-2 hours, and have waited as long as 4 at other places, but they had some cancellations and I was very fortunate. There were 4 techs working in the auto shop area, and they were very efficient. Thank you!”
