I am absolutely blown away with the staff. They are all very professional and friendly. I am extremely grateful for meeting Torrey, my physical therapist. I had an bad car accident which turned my life upside down. Torrey has helped turn this healing process into a more positive light. You can see how much she cares for her patients. That means so much to patients going through similar events as I have. I know she will be transferring NovaCare locations, but I am so excited for the few last visits I get to work with her.The front desk staff always greets me and is very kind. NovaCare, you are doing it right! Thank you for caring for all your patients the way you do. You're all doing fabulous work!

The staff at NovaCare are excellent. Sean and Brandy were the people that I worked with and they were nothing short of fantastic. My pain is gone and I will continue with the exercise regimen after my sessions have completed. I would highly recommend NovaCare for their compassion and expertise.

I used Google to find a PT location near me, and NovaCare was highly rated. I'm going to add to that high rating and can confidently recommend them. Sean was my primary therapist and did a great job with my rehab. Everyone here was knowledgeable and personable, I'm glad I came here.

I am very grateful for the physical therapy I received at NovaCare-Livonia. It is so important to have a good physical therapist! Thank goodness for both your physical therapist Betty Fleming and customer service specialist Patricia Wilson...they both did a great job! I started my physical therapy at NovaCare three weeks after I had a total hip replacement. Each session Betty worked on my range of motion, strengthening the surrounding tissue of my hip joint, my balance, and addressing any pain I was experiencing. I looked forward to my physical therapy sessions...because with each one I saw improvement. My family and friends are amazed at how well I am doing...the credit goes to my physical therapist Betty. During this time....I had many doctor appointments and Patty did a great job of working with me to schedule my session yet still make it to all my doctor appointments. I really appreciated that! Patty is always friendly, and shows great concern for all the patients. She has much knowledge in the medical field and makes sure that the precautions for Covid-19 are in place. Betty and Patty...thank you both for all you did. You took what was a difficult situation and helped me get through it. Now I am up walking and back in the game! Many thanks!

I had a wonderful PT experience at this location. Tamanna, the Physical Therapist, is very knowledgeable. The exercises prescribed were excellent, they specifically addressed my physical rehabilitation needs and the exercises progressed as I physically progressed. I also love that these exercises are available on line for my continued use. I found this to be a very caring and supportive environment. Patty was very capable with handling the insurance end of things and with the PT session scheduling. The communication was excellent. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend this location for Physical Therapy.

I had shoulder surgery in early January and have been going to therapy at this location for about two months. Tamanna is very knowledgable, patient, and gives you her full attention. She communicated with my surgeon to better understand what I needed out of therapy. Patricia at the front desk has been great with scheduling and working with my insurance provider. She is very quick to get back to me with anything that I have needed.The facility is very clean and has done a great job of following COVID guidelines. Overall, I am very happy with my experience thus far and would highly recommend them.

I have been to NovaCare Rehabilitation on Plymouth Rd in Livonia for therapy on 2 separate occasions. The two ladies that work there do an amazing job of making you feel welcome and cared for, and I am greeted by both the minute I walk in. It's also refreshing to see staff that care about each other an work well together!Patti, the reception, is excellent at her job, always making sure of the number of visits you were given, and keeping track of them. She's helpful when appointments need to be changed. If she finds a problem with your paperwork, she tries to fix it immediately. She works on making sure your workman's comp papers are in order, and sometimes the workman's comp people aren't easy to work with.Tamanna, my physical therapist is amazing. She is a very caring and friendly person. I have a rather bad tear in my arm. Tamanna makes sure to explain to me why she is having me do certain exercises, (and not having me do others), being careful because of the tear. She watches me exercise to make sure I am doing them correctly. She is good also with deep tissue message. Tamanna always gives me copies of exercises to do at home.Should I ever need physical therapy again, I will not even think of going any where else, I will always return to the NovaCare in Livonia. I will miss these ladies and probably will stop in to say "hi" from time to time. Stay safe ladies, and thank you to both of you for all of your help!!

Awesome place to get your rehabilitation needs. Very nice and professional atmosphere. As these different times know a days this place is very clean and cautious due to Covid circumstances mask are worn at all times and all equipment is sanitized after each use of clients. Communication and scheduling is great to fit in any kind of times you may need as long it is available. At No a care they go out of the way to help you on your way back to a normal life as much as possible. If you need a great therapist or place please consider Nova Care in Livonia, Michigan you won’t regret it.?Satisfied Happy Client

Excellent care and treatment for physical therapy. I don't want to go anywhere else. The environment is following COVID-19 procedures, and I always felt comfortable and safe. Tamanna is a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist, and Patti is always friendly and efficient.

Excellent care. Tamanna is a great therapist. She knew when to push me and when to wait. I made a full recovery, from surgery, in just six weeks. She even gave me a complete exercise program to continue at home. Thanks Tamanna :-)
