Size of unit was smaller than it was said to be and it was filthy dirty. Looks like it hadn't been rented in a long time yet filthy. Never again will I rent thru this place. Can't wait to leave.Update: national worked it out with me.

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Jack Day... super friendly and professional. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for my first time signing up! He was able to accommodate my needs and it wasnt a fight or difficult to reach anyone. The location is perfect, and the facility is clean! I've used other facilities and National is the best so far!

I called for clarification and Megan helped clarify what I needed to provide to move in to my unit saving me a trip into the office and saving me time that I didn't have to take off of work. Stellar customer service! I am happy to have found a unit with such a friendly company.

Originally ended up with a second floor unit, but I didn't realize the elevator was under construction. Called and Jack was super helpful in getting me transferred to a ground floor unit without any additional cost or hassle. Great service

The unit is good, very clean facilities, easy access. But, there isn't a manager at this site, assigned to it. So, it took me 7 days to get a hold of someone to give me my access code to the unit, and my unit number. No one answered the phones, and I had already paid for the storage unit but couldn't get access to it until I finally got someone to answer, and he had to meet me at the facility. When he got me taken care of, he left. He was very nice though, answered my questions and made sure that my code worked etc. If you need someone to help you though, no one is stationed there and it's really hard to get ahold of anyone. I hope they fix that issue.

Hello, my daughter reserved a unit online, based on the hours and the emails she got she went to the facility twice to finish all paperwork and get the unit, and to her surprise both times NO one was there to help her. Each time she called the number they said they will send an email, in which she is still waiting to hear back from the first time from Saturday 08/20/22 and they also said they couldn't find her reservation online in their system and was told she would have to redo the online reservation and its now 101.00 this is a poor way to do business, how are people suppose to rent a unit if no one works there?
