“Service is one of the best in the area, if not THE best. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue on my iPhone 11, offered a solid recommendation along with a reasonable price. Finally, he said it would only take a few minutes. He replaced the screen within ten minutes and I was out the door. (Note: My phone also had a crack in the back glass plate. He mentioned it but said the repair was not necessary.) I felt encouraged knowing there was no pressure to add unnecessary services or items. At the end the phone was functional and ready to go. Thank you!
