My account was stolen after 15 years of service and the company just gave 2 phone accounts away to someone else. Would not even do anything after the phone was stolen and then promptly told me I had to buy a new phone and I would loose my number entirely and nothing I could do about it

I've been with Metro for a long time but this was the best in store customer service I ever had. Adrian was so nice and activated my phone in under 10 mins :) They were super nice and gave great advice. If your looking for a Metro Pcs store that will help you this one is it. :)
