I highly advise you to do your research before purchasing anything though this metro pcs location. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!! They charged my teenage son $400 for a $250 iphone 11! When I returned to the store to speak with the man and woman who sold it to him, I was shocked to find out instead of replacing his broken phone and changing his phone number (which is free with metro once every 6 months & only $15 anytime after that) they had my son open a whole new plan and made him pay the new bill, claiming he was giving him an upgrade (metro commercials state the new upgrade in an iphone 14 not an iPhone 11) I get 4 lines for $100 and he could see when he pulled up the account that I had just paid the bill days prior. Their policy states you can return your phone for a full refund up to 72 hours after purchase, but they refused to fix what they had done, or return ANY money to my son! Even with opening a new account they over charged my son by $100 which goes straight into their own pocket!! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY SCAMMERS!!!!!!
