I only took a video once I was harassed and police were called on me for no reason for my own safety, I also was only in the store two mins I never disrespected anyone or touched any merchandise. So the fact that I was accused of harassment is very ignorant. Also store recordings can verify my statements. Good bless you and this empty store ?? .

Watched a twenty-three year old year old VHS of a TV show and this pharmacy came up in the commercials. It's a nice place.

Hannah and staff saved the day! They stepped in and went above and beyond when one of the big box pharmacy was unable to fill a prescription for my 7 year old son suffering from Strep in a timely fashion. Based on this one interaction I will only do business here from now on as Hannah and staff went above and beyond so my son would not suffer. They followed up a couple days later to check on my son. Thank you Hannah and staff.

I pick up my medications from merriman drugs and the pharmacists there are very nice and helpful. I’m glad I ended up switching my pharmacy to them. They do their best to make it easier for people. They offer free delivery which makes it easier for me whenever I can’t make it to the pharmacy. Their prices are great and I get my vaccines there too with no appointment needed.

My family has been a loyal customer of Merriman drugs for over 10 years. I just love supporting local businesses. Merriman Drugs used to really go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience you could ask for.Unfortunately, the new management is struggling. The supply chain issue is a real thing, and it is difficult to find some medications and medical supplies right now. They don’t have a supplier that will support them and help them get the medications their customers need.Every time I have called them for something I am told they can’t fill that and to call a big box pharmacy. I have had to transfer prescriptions to big-box stores that don’t seem to be affected by the supply chain issue.One thing I am really frustrated with is the lack of empathy the personnel have when telling you they can’t help you. It just seems like they have given up and are transitioning from a drug store into a gift shop.I know it has to be tough to answer the phone everyday dealing with disappointed customer’s that you can’t get what they need, but you need to focus on what you used to do and offer alternatives that we can go back to our doctors with to try and get a medication or supply that you can get for us.No one wants to see Merriman Drugs close, but I just wish you treated your customers the way you used to.

Best staff pharmacist in Livonia. The owners and the staff always make sure that the shelves are fully stocked. I was able to buy my kids several great toys by Melissa & Doug, amazing candles, and many other fantastic & unique gift items. I fill my prescription there & with all the national back order items like halls, Tylenols etc they always to make sure to have some. Best place in town. If your in the area or live in the area make sure to stop by.

Fast friendly pharmacy with a long time history in the community. Not only do they offer great service. They also have a very nice gift shop with lots of local meat products..

After 2 cataract surgeries, I needed to pick up a refill eye drop. Merriman Drugs has a deal with my opthalmologist to sell Inveltys drops at reduced cost since they are not covered by prescription insurance.I picked up the drops curbside and the pharmacy tech was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend MD.

Hannah and Sal are amazing pharmacists. They’re both so knowledgeable and friendly. Hannah has gotten so many cute gift items in, from Melissa & Doug, Warmies and all the little trinkets! My favorites are the illuminated snow globes they sell around Christmas time and the jumbo cat Warmie!
