Hands down MedPulse Pharmacy in Livonia is the best! Shirak, the pharmacist, is so knowledgeable, personable and caring! He calls and goes over any changes to new drugs and answers all your questions or concerns. If your doctor prescribes a drug that is expensive and you cant afford it, he will research for a compatible drug and recommend that to your doctor. He has literally saved me hundreds of dollars!!! MedPulse even offers FREE delivery! Today my order was delivered and I opened it to find my favorite candy bars with a note from Shirak saying Enjoy! He is always trying to put a smile on your face ?Since finding MedPulse I never have to deal with the hassle of prescriptions not being found or filled and that makes for a smooth process. I’m very thankful for MedPulse pharmacy and the amazing customer service and welcoming atmosphere. Best Pharmacy hands down!! Thank you MedPulse!

The best pharmacy ever! Convenient location and I never even get a chance to sit down before my prescriptions are ready. Since finding MedPulse I never have to deal with the hassle of prescriptions not being found or filled and that makes for a smooth process. I’m extremely grateful for the MedPulse Family due to the amazing customer service and welcoming atmosphere. So thank you to Hannah, Nicole and last but not least SHIRAK! It's a pleasant experience dealing with MedPulse Pharmacy at this site. Sam, the pharmacist, is very helpful and patient in locating for me medications I can tolerate. Prescriptions are filled quickly, and the staff is courteous and efficient. Free delivery, if needed, is a real plus.

Have you ever given any thought to having a personal relationship with your Pharmacist?.......instead of using retailers where the Pharmacist doesn't care to even look up to glance at you. Your Pharmacist has an equally important role in your health and wellbeing as does your Doctor.MedPulse is 5-Star⭐️?%Shiraq, the Pharmacist at MedPulse is so extraordinary! I work in the building & witness on a daily basis how caring, personable and knowledgeable he is with ALL of his customers. Shiraq educates them about their medication and explains how to take it. MedPulse also offers FREE Blister Packs -AND- FREE Delivery!Who do you know that does that?I am 60+ and desire the same knowledge and personal care for my wellbeing. I will no longer use mail order retailers and have transferred my prescriptions to MedPulse.I am referring family & friends to MedPulse so they can also receive the best customer care a Pharmacy should offer. I LOVE this pharmacy! Shirak goes above and beyond ALL the time and is seriously the nicest person ever. He remembers my family's names and remembers (most) of my major medical issues that concern medications. I don't know HOW he does it, he is like superhuman! I have transferred all of my prescriptions to MedPulse, even though I live in Westland- The delivery option is a lifesaver!! SO many times Shirak has saved my butt when I forgot to get refills and BAM, knock-knock here's a delivery of my prescriptions and I'm all set again. Brainfog loses at LEAST that time!THANK YOU SHIRAK FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR MY FAMILY AND I, to make sure we get the medications we need to the silly small talk, to the snacks, to the great advice. I recommend MedPulse to everyone I can!!!!

This is the best most caring pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies being a type two diabetic.Shirak is so caring and knowledgeable, especially about diabetes that it makes me feel so comfortable to know that he’s caring for me and my prescriptions. Because of him I have lowered my A1c down to 6.2 and it’s a godsend. I highly recommend this pharmacy and now that I moved to St clair shores they still send my prescriptions via a carrier. If you’re looking for trustworthy and people that genuinely care, this is the place.

I was weary about switching pharmacies when we moved. But I'm so glad I did! MedPulse is a great pharmacy. The whole team there is awesome from the top down. The head pharmacist, Shirak, is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond many times and I am so grateful! With having 3 people in the house who get scripts filled on the regular, I've become a frequent flyer there it seems haha I really like the text/calls when meds are ready for pick up and although I haven't used it, I do love that they offer a med delivery service for free. It's been 1-year now and I'd still recommend MedPulse Pharmacy to anyone!

Working with this pharmacy has been a great expierence. The pharmacist, Sam, has gone above and beyond to help me out with some perscription issues I was having. He also set me up with free delivery of my medications monthly which I love because it makes it so easy and convenience.

I can not be happier with his pharmacy. He goes out if his way to help every customer. I have many prescriptions each month and I never run out. With the delivery service and the option to have bubble packs at no charge. I cant find one negative thing to say. Thank you to the staff of MedPulse. You're the best. I recommend you to everyone. My family switched to MedPulse Pharmacy approximately two years ago. The Pharmacist, Shirak, is amazing. He takes time to educate us on our prescriptions, has outstanding communication skills, and after so many negative experiences with other Pharmacies, it’s so comforting to do business with MedPulse!I’d also like to acknowledge Nicole, Pharmacy Asst., who’s so kind, helpful, and she has such a beautiful spirit.
