Rodney is the secret weapon of Mattress Firm. Having someone who knows the business, he knew almost instantly what the right mattress was going to be for elderly parents. He was low key, matter of fact and gave you his honest opinion. It was refreshing to work with someone who knows his craft and was willing to help save you time and money. Go see Rodney if you want a great mattress at a fair price.

Stopped at this store for the first time and it was a very nice experience. The salesman Rod was very experienced and he did not follow us all around the store unlike the big furniture stores.
Needless to say we bought a bed and they are delivering it next week.

After a nightmare experience at GW, I was nervous about shopping again. What a pleasant surprise I had! Todd was happy to answer my questions and to give me time to "explore" on my own. He was patient and explained the differences in the different mattress "grades", let me try out a few to "feel" the difference. Todd was not pushy, yet he knew the right questions to ask to help me make the right purchase to fit my needs without "breaking the bank". I'll be happy to share his contact information with anyone!

really wish they would have explained that I wasn't being approved for a loan, but a credit card that would be maxed out. my credit score dropped 130 points because of this. thanks guys

Wonderful caring salesman Todd made sure I picked the best mattress for my room and my guest room. I had done my research on products so was ready to ask questions when I walked in the door. He answered my questions, pointed out additional info to consider and gave me the best price too w/120 day match guarantee ? best shopping experience ever for furniture!
