Casey the manager is the one you'd like to deal with. He's a good dude. We had a manufacturers issue. They stood by their product and good name got me into a new different ring. So I bought some diamond earrings for the wife. Old school way of doing business was nice instead of just hearing that's my problem now or blaming me. I will be back!
