Love the store and most employees. But the manager on duty was awful. Berating staff. I almost intervened. Something needs to be done about her. Im surprised they have any employees with her managing the way she does.

Still an amazing place to shop!
They were busy reorganizing the store after the Holidays. The store was in great shape and well organized.
The checkout was fast and efficient. The employee at the checkout, who helped me, was very friendly and personable.
I still highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great bargain and experience!

This is a well organized store with everything from clothes, furniture, linens, bath and kitchen items, health and beauty, and more!
Prices are reasonable, and for those looking for further bargains, they have plenty of clearance items.
The checkout process was very quick, efficient, and friendly!
I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great bargain and shopping experience!

Shoutout to the entire staff! Straight up every employee in there today was going hard, very polite and even helped me get a price on a pair of shoes, I wasn’t going to get them but I said after that effort, I’ll take them!

If I can give zero stars I would. I love Marshall and I go to all of them. But STAY AWAY FROM THE LIVONIA LOCATION. Absolutely the worst customer service. The employees all have an attitude and are racist—especially the ones running the registers. This is my 4th time there and every experience gets worse. I will never enter this location again.if you want more customers they need to hire a new manager. She’s a joke. She talks to customers like we’re stupid. She lacks professionalism and customer service etiquette

This stores managers a joke! Say they can’t disclose RESTRICTED items over the phone so I figure that’d be a good thing to find these HTF items.
Well it’s not! The backrooms full of boxes and pallets all the way up to the door. Floor is bare with hardly any items to shop for every day that I went in there Monday through Thursday nothing new on the floor, manager is rude. Don’t care about her customers. Suggest you shop at another location. They need to fire her.! Hire some workers that do their job!
