Excellent service! I needed a piece of replacement glass cut to repair a garage window. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and able to cut the glass while I waited for a good price.

Eric was prompt in providing an email estimate (they prefer to email an estimate based on your measurements and confirm you’re okay with the price before coming out) and was polite and professional when we spoke.Unfortunately, the person scheduled to come out and measure was rude and unprofessional during a phone conversation prior to his scheduled arrival. He called 30 min before and said he was on the way to another job. I asked him to text me when he was in the way because I work from home. He seemed annoyed and said he would need to review some things with me when he was there. I told him I understood and was planning to be available upon his arrival. He then asked if the tile work was finished. I told him it was and that I sent pictures with my initial request. He responded that he had not seen any pictures and that I needed to let him know if the tile work was finished because if it wasn’t he wasn’t coming out. I told him again that the tile work was finished and had been finished for a couple of months. Next he asked if I knew about the down payment. I said when I spoke with Eric he told me that if I decided to move forward I would need to provide a 50% down payment and that I could call in the credit card at the end of the estimate. He raised his voice and said “what do you mean if you decide to move forward? We sent you an estimate already so you know the price….I’m not coming out if you don’t know if you’re moving forward…”. I told him that I was told he would get exact measurements and that I would see a drawing and that the plan was to move forward. He said a couple of other things and ended the conversation when I told him do not come to my house and that I would follow-up with Eric.I made the decision to cut ties and not do business with a company who has a representative as abrasive and unprofessional as he was.

Took weeks to cut for shelves from a piece of plate glass we had. Literally weeks. Turns out he thought the job was "too small " for him to bother with. I provided a template for the size. But even that was too much trouble. The shelves it took him weeks to cut weren't even the right size. He wasted his time and ours. Unprofessional. No pride in workmanship at Livonia Glass.

Had a shower door installed. The hinges started to make noise after a few weeks. Called them to see if they can take a look. It has been a month and no one is able to come take a look. They haven’t been answering my calls either. Very disappointed.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! This is our 4th or 5th project with Livonia Glass. We have always been very pleased. The most recent project was a custom glass shower enclosure - it is beautiful. The staff is great to work with, too. Eric works in the shop and is really helpful...we also met the owner - very nice guy. So, nice people who do good work - it's a win-win!

I ordered custom glass shower doors plus I had ordered a door on line for other bath. Al came out and measured my custom door and they quoted to install my purchased door. Al just left at 8pm tonight after installing both. They are beautiful! Al has 40 ur experience and it shows. Thank you so much. Job well done to perfection. This is why they have been in business since them50’s.

I just had a dual pane home glass window panel replaced as a custom order. I have found this business to always provide a fair and honest level of service with a quick turnaround time.
