It’s been months since I picked up my 2012 200 from here.I had a lot of discovery and troubleshooting that had to happen with a sizeable job. It took time and I was a constant nuisance to the phone lines. Constantly wanting progress updates.There has never been someone better to deal with in this industry, from my experience, than Kevin Rourke.Constant updates, consideration, and follow through with solutions.A++

Chris Brewis is the "MVP" customer service, service of vehicle and quality of care 1000% This "IS" my preferred dealership for all my vehicles needs! The entire dealership greets all with a smile and are very helpful. Waiting room was clean with "free" snacks! Joe, Theresa and Patricia sealed the deal of excellence from the time i dropped vehicle off in service until delivered with a car wash! If you don't know, Now you know! Livonia Chrysler Jeep is TOPS!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have always been a faithful take my car to the dealership for service person because in my mind that’s who would take proper care of it - my fault for thinking that. I have had my car serviced at this dealership multiple times. The last two times I told them my check engine light kept coming on and at one point I had a puddle but they could never find anything. Fast forward to 8/11/23 I’m preparing to go out of town, mention the check engine light again and same thing they don’t see anything. Well on my way out of town 6 hours into the trip, what do you know - my transmission goes out. I’m able to get it to a dealership there and they tell me that the Livonia dealership had been clearing codes from my van, and on 8/11/23 it showed a pending code (p0868) which is directly related to the transmission fluid pressure. After all the extra stress/expenses we finally get it home and get it to the dealership and they tell us they don’t have any record of us telling them the check engine light was on, and they said that code wasn’t there on 8/11/23.They are completely negligent and they don’t care what happens. I plan to file a complaint with the state - definitely think twice before taking your car to them for service.

After 20 years as a loyal Jeep driver and leasing 4-5 vehicles from this dealership, I am beyond disappointed. John Murphy Sr. is, without doubt, the most dishonest sales representative I've encountered. A salesperson who can't differentiate between "Equity" and "Value" shouldn't be dealing with customers. Despite having both verbal and written confirmations of our deal, he managed to cost me thousands of dollars and I traveled over 10 hours for them to pull the rug after I arrived. A mere "I'm sorry" is grossly insufficient. The sales manager, Michael Ryan, was also culpable. I've driven my last Jeep, and I'll ensure everyone I know hears about this abysmal experience. Never again.

Was in town this week for my daughter’s bridal shower when my check engine light came on, went into Livonia Chrysler Jeep, they looked up the error code and found the issue. Scott called around to other dealerships in the area to find my part because it was on back order! Laura called to say they found it and got me in the next day to repair it, they even washed my car afterwards!!! Thank you so much, now I can safely travel back home to Georgia with my special needs daughter!!!Thank you so much for your willingness to go over and above!!Tracey Clarke

I had a recall on my Jeep, appointment making was super easy and Laura in service who was very nice and knowledgeable took care of me. Very clean service area and waiting room which has snacks and drinks if you forget to bring any.

My husband leased a Jeep Wrangler. It had many issues and was in for repairs a few times. The most recent time, they kept the vehicle for over a month with ZERO communication. AND no vehicle to borrow while it was in the shop. They realized they dropped the ball and as his lease is coming due, promised to make good on another vehicle. They reached out to him with a possible vehicle. He was interested an called back a few times. They finally called back and said they have nothing for him. Take your money elsewhere.

They do not respond to emails for service questions, and their website is buggy for trying to schedule any service, it only gives option of "regular maintenance" not repairs and locks up trying to navigate. I tried to schedule service for an hour. Guess I'll try Southfield.

AMAZING SERVICE! Everytime I visit this location I’m provided great service from both the employees and the work being handled on my vehicle! Today(03/21,2023) , I visited for a routine oil change and the employees who assisted me today went above and beyond! I just want to say thank you all so much again and I 100% recommend this location!!!

I bought a 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE L on March 13th from Holly Marks. This is my 3rd car buying experience with Holly and she is the BEST. I am thankful for the ease and efficiency of buying a car through Holly and her knowledge of the JEEP product. I couldn't recommend anyone more qualified to help with your car buying needs. I cant thank Colleen McDonald (Livonia Chrysler Jeep Owner) enough for her Kindness. I was driving to work when I realized I did not have a sufficient charge in my Chevy Bolt EV to get me to a charge station. I pulled into Livonia Chrysler Jeep and was so kindly allowed to charge my vehicle. With out there generosity i would have been calling a tow truck.
