I thought this was a good dealership to purchase a vehicle from. I was wrong, the new to me inspected by them vehicle, less than 1 month in has problems with the A/C. I purchased the warranty, but I have to pay $400 to get the A/C recharged.

Trying to sell dirty, damaged vehicles for exorbitant prices. We're talking multiple accidents, crumbs caked into the back seat and floorboard. Not to mention the mileage; it's so high, it's not worth half that.

I have been bringing my Jeep Wrangler to this dealership for oil changes the past couple of years. I recently had an issue with my Jeep that required that it be looked at immediately for safety reasons. I spoke with Laura in the service department, and even though it was right before a holiday weekend, she had me bring my jeep in same day to be checked out. Her priority was my safety even though they were extremely busy and did not have any actual appointments available. Laura was so kind and understanding.... she was also very knowledgeable and extremely customer service focused. After a thorough check, my Jeep was deemed safe to drive for short distances and an actual appointment was scheduled to do a full check on my Jeep. I cant say enough good things about Laura.....she is truly an asset to your service team.

I was on a test drive with another “dealership” and hated it and saw this dealership on my way back. I called and spoke with Robbie about my situation and both he and Keith were VERY helpful. I was able to get into a car that same day with a payment I’m happy with. They answered all my questions and were very patient. Robbie even gave me a ride to the bank while I waited. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Dropped my van off working fine, starting up fine. Had to get it towed home. The electrical systems are now going haywire and the staff seemed to have no intention on resolving the problems they created. Took it in for free service for a recall and feel absolutely robbed. Worst dealership ever

Y’all need to really go see Holly she really had me in&out answered all my questions I had she really did her big one this my second vehicle from this dealer and many more to go everyone here was helpful and understanding no rushing at all and the finance manager is great and very knowledgeable one of the best I came across so far.

This is the best experience I have had with a dealership. I have been looking for a new vehicle for a little over a year. It was my goal for it to be my mothers day gift to myself. I had done research, had a list of vehicles I was looking for. Robbie (Sales) was so helpful and answered all of my questions no matter how unusual. He was friendly, not pushy, positive and did things the way I wanted to do it. Keith (finance) was so helpful. I told him how much money I came with but what I really wanted for the loan. He didn't run my credit too many times and was very kind to my child. They were accommodating in explaining how everything works and even came and picked me up when I couldn't figure out how to get a ride up there. I would recommend them to any one and in fact I will!!!

I absolutely love my car!! Robbie was great to work with for sales with no pressure and such an easy purchasing process. Keith walked me through the financials and was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family and will be back when/if I need a new vehicle.

I have been bringing my Wrangler here for oil changes for a few years and service has always been great. Recently my Wrangler was hit and the entire passenger side was damaged so I used the body shop. Katherine and the body shop crew did a wonderful job on my Jeep! They completed the large job in under 30 days and my Jeep looks beautiful! Thank you Livonia CJ!
