“They have a huge selection of beer from the state and from all over the country. I can always find something new. The staff are extremely helpful and know what I look for, so they often make suggestions for new beers to try when I’m in there. Love this place!”

“I have been a patron for nearly 20 years. I do the monthly wine club for my nephew, he learns à lot about wine with the write ups and pairings. The sélection is great, and have asked for friend's about spécial wines they remember, and they have come through. These wines are ones you won't see at à grocery store, and friends have been so pleased. The knowledge is great, from à new tester to à very sophistication one.”

Very nice selection of liq and beers and always friendly. Minus one star as for some reason, almost every time I stop in, there's a random person in front of me w their effing list of lottery numbers the poor employee has to punch in.
Lastly to Steven P comment w 1 star: 1) How'd you know it was the owner? Can't picture Chris doing that.. 2) Ashamed to mention the beer you wanted?? 3) You didn't clog up the line wanting to play yer lucky numbers before you asked for some Genny Cream did you?”

“If I could give this place 10 stars i would. Never in my life have I met more polite and incredibly caring people for their customers. My wife had a decent size order she was getting and they even helped her carry it out to the truck. Every time i go in they greet me immediately by name, always ask if I need or want something specific... just love this place. I don't like mentioning names online but these guys are awesome. “*SUMMIT* Appropriate name for this landmark in our community. I grew up in Old Rosedale Gardens. Oldest neighborhood in Livonia and I am 46yrs old to provide context for the reader. We call "Summit" FRANKS. The owner has known me since he bought it in 1990 I want to say... Frank is family to us, my friends and I. My friends are now Livonias garbage, fire, police, city officials, our cities lawyers and in some cases our criminals.. Frank knows ALL of "us" His family is our family.. don't have a bad day and take it out on Frank, I might be the guy standing behind you lol.. If you want to know the real side, the edges of our community and the mortar of it go talk to Frank and buy something.. His store is a museum for everything from your childhood and if you like pop culture and art, go talk to Frank. I'm a professional artist and philanthropist now thanks to the help of this man. “It's not just a liquor store. It's a mini Mart and they serve hot, prepared food all afternoon sand evening. It's spotlessly clean and everyone who works there is actually nice, not just pretending to be while you're in their face. They had a huge selection of items, enough where is I didn't want to go to a Walmart, and who wants to do that.”

“Shop here most often out of any stores in the area. Was really pleased to try their Farmhouse White bread in August 2022. It was airy yet soft and chewy...perfect for sandwiches and held up several days.But over the last few months, the same bread is more dense and drier, leading to me looking for a good bread again.What changed? Did you lose experience? At 4.99 a loaf, I need some assurance of quality control.”
